Bathroom, odors and door didn't close

The property is very clean. Very good price in this stuff are very nice and helpful, I recommend this hotel.

Clean and very well locate it

Central to a lot of stuff. Great area. Facilities are great for the price. Brightly lit parking lot with security.

The beds were the worst. Felt like sleeping on plywood. Surprising because the staff was great, and the facilities were well kept..Also the TV is really small, which might be okay, but the volume of the TV is really low, even at 100%.

The staff was amazing and VERY helpful. I learned that booking directly with the hotel would have allowed us to get a fast pass through the border crossing, but we hadn't. Turns out we didn't need it. On-site food was delicious and restaurant staff was just as awesome. The room was a decent size and VERY clean. Comfy pillows and nice towels. Basic, though, with no frills. The location was also fantastic. When we left, we were less than 10 minutes from the line for the border. We were central to everything we wanted to get to during the trip so it was very nice. The pool and restaurant are in the same area and the blend worked well. Neither were crowded during our stay and service was fast! Ample, convenient parking with easy check in and check out too. We felt totally safe here.

The beds were horribly uncountable! Hard as a brick; hubby and I didn't get good rest at all. Weirdly, the hotel only has hand towels and big towels, which made bathing cumbersome and inconvenient. We asked for face towels and was told that they don't have them. Lastly, they're doing renovations right now and our room was right next to the construction, adding to our inability to get good rest. The room was cold the entire time we were there and if it had been warmer weather, that might have been fine. As it was, that made the room a bit uncomfortable and heat was not available. The room had outlets, but none near the bed. Also, no fridge or microwave in the room. Room service is offered, but there are no menus in the room, so not sure how you're supposed to order. Also, a spa and services are advertised as part of the property, but they're not. I was pretty disappointed about that. Apparently, the services are through a 3rd party and NOT on site, at all.

Daily sheet changing. I stayed two weeks and my sheets were changed daily. Some hotels won’t do that. I often switch beds in a hotel to sleep in clean bedding. The front spoke English. The staff was very helpful.

The cleaning staff sprayed bleach after they cleaned. That smelled lingered. The walls are thin. One morning I heard a guest vomit for a long time. I thought he was going to get really sick. Finally I heard him open his door, get on his motorcycle, and vroom away—all from my room. I heard a lot of stuff. The price was high. I intended to change hotels, but I decided to stay because I would have had to hire a taxi to get to the clinic.

The staff was rude, and theu were working which went on till past 10.pm, then it woke me up in middle of night therr was contrusction right on top of our room then they chraged me for my 12 yr old.boy. i would like a refund

the toilet was liking water

Very close to the ASC (or CAS), so perfect to stay at while getting your fingertips and photo taken for your visa. Very spacious and staff was incredibly friendly.

The towels smelled funky and left lint on the skin after using them (also,. very dubious they choose brown-colored towels). Beds might be uncomfortable for tall people, because they are kinda short.

Very friendly and professional staff, great service, very clean room. Very close to a lot of good quality restaurants with in walking distance.

Empty shampoo and liquid soap bottles in the shower, plus they are fixed to the wall, no soap dish either, but since I stayed for only one night it was no big deal.

it was a cold night & the heating was not working well, it’s not central heat so I had to get staff come and adjust the temperature since the room remote was not working properly very inconvenient.
