The coffee maker was broken and when I did my coffee all the water spilled from the base of the coffee maker ( underneath) seems it was missing the base .. I had to clean the floor myself to prevent it from spreading

Great location with lots to do nearby. The hotel staff was amazing and helpful. The food served in the hotel as well as around it is very good. The room was a good size and equipped with everything that you need to have a comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel, and I will definitely stay here again in the future.

we love the restaurant that serves the wonderful buffets breakfasts and the pool area. wish the hot tub water was hotter though. wish the hot tub could be used later at night. the staff especially the maid service folks are excellent ! very friendly and helpful! love having Emma’s restaurant in the building. it is great having Fonda Argentinas restaurant right across the street too! wonderful Hotel, we keep coming back! get the hot water working in room 2104 though.

room 2104 has a problem with not getting HOT WATER. This was our second time in this room, our other 7 visits in other rooms had hot water all the time. the only time we seemed to be able to find hot water was around 3:00 AM! Not good, but we won’t use THIS ROOM AGAIN!

The view and cleanliness were great. the breakfast was ok, honey for the yogurt bar would have been nice.

The description of the room was wrong. I booked and paid extra for a king room with a sofa. We got the king executive room. It did not have a sofa. The desk staff just said we got the correct room. When I showed them the description they said that it was wrong since they don’t allow those rooms to be booked on third party sites. I requested a refund for the difference from Booking.com customer service but the request didn’t go through since the request for assistance led to an endless process without an option to submit my request.
