The location is good

The room was not clean, plus AC didn’t work properly.

The included breakfast chilaquiles were great. However the place feels pretty dingy over all. The fridge and a/c only work when you're in your room with your key card inserted. The location is not at all walkable as it is surrounded by a couple of expensive hotels which are located on a very busy street with hardly any pedestrian traffic. We had to book this room for a busy weekend but then went back to our previous hotel which was much nicer for a significantly lower price.

The fridge, ac, and lights don't work when the room key isn't inserted in the wall. I don't think the daily cost of energy for occupying the room can really be high enough to justify cutting off the power when you leave the room for a few hours. It would make much more sense to do this when the room is vacant.

the rooms are small, the bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower, includes a microwave and refrigerator. the air conditioning was effective.

every day and night there is a very audible chirping sound likely generated by the parking area solar panel equipment. the chirping noise is constant and disturbing 24 hours a day. the bathroom ceiling level glass block window passes a lot of light 24 hours, day and night. the jacuzzi is never above ambient.
