Had amenities you could use, toilet and shower were in separate rooms which was cool. Comfortable enough.

It was a little warm in common areas, the rooms are quite small (to be expected, but could barely even get into my luggage). A decent distance from the closest JR station which was not super convenient.

Location was good. There were several metro lines and convenient stores close to the hotel. Also, we found some nice dining places where locals go for lunch/dinner around the hotel. On the first floor you could take amenities and they even had hair irons for rent. Staffs were very nice.

Just like typical Japanese business hotel, room was very small. We could manage to put one big luggage but if you have more than 1 luggage, there’s no room for them.

At a very accessible location, close to the train stations and attractions. As is tidy and clean, thanks to the frequent room service. Room amenities are a plus too.

Cleaning could be slightly improved or the general maintenance of the rooms, because you can easily see that the hotel has been used.

Centrally located hotel with very friendly staff. Worth mentioning are the many amenities provided by the hotel, even bath additives are available. Also various teas and coffee are available free of charge. The room is small, as usual in Japan, but cozy. Within walking distance are various subway stations, convenience stores, restaurants and bars.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The bedroom was a bit small but comfortable. There were face masks, razors, cleansers etc available for all the guests. Also, you could get chargers, hair curlers and other items for your stay.

All the restaurants in the neighborhood would close sort of early even in the weekends, but this is not related directly with the hotel.

The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The rooms were clean and you had everithing you needed. Even when we needed a softer pillows they had different opinions you could chose from.

The room could be a little bigger because if you have two big suitcases there aren't any good place to store them.

I loved staying at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn! Tiny rooms but so comfortable (2 rooms for a family of 4). Great amenities, great location (neighborhood is full of charm), friendly staff. I would return to this hotel when i return to Toyko!

Great central location with easy access to numerous subway lines. Walkability to the Ginza and other shopping/dining areas. Quiet back streets with family run businesses. Friendly, helpful staff front desk staff; some of whom we know from years of staying at this property. It’s always like a homecoming when we return, thankfully most of our favorite people and businesses survived our 2 year, eight months Covid absence from Japan.

A weighted shower curtain that doesn’t blow around when showering would be nice. Knowing the situation, I travel with clips and plastic hangers to avoid the bothersome flapping curtain.
