We were a family of five so this apartment was more than generous. The big dining room was our go to room to meet and discuss. And having a fully equipped kitchen was a plus though we didn’t cook much. Some of the showers were challenging as the space was small and picking up something that dropped or turning around could put one at peril. Fabulous location with many restaurants and shops nearby. Though a list of restaurants were provided, we found EST to be top notch.

Roberto and his crew where the best host's we've ever had at a VRBO. His communication was excellent and informative and Alice was on location when we arrived to go over everything about the place. It was great for 6 people, 2 nice master suites with private bathrooms and two other bedrooms one with a twin and private bath and a one with a double and hallway bath, all with AC. The kitchen has a great setup. It's large with a glass wall and door that extends the entire length. 2 of our crew are always up very early and this provided a place they could make breakfast and coffee without disturbing anyone sleeping. The location was about as good as it gets. We were 3 blocks from the Pantheon, 20 min walk to the Vatican and the Coliseum. The area was surrounded with great restaraunts, grocery stores, pharmacies, bakeries including one right outside the front door. And you need to have a drink at the cocktail bar about a 50 meter walk away, left out the door, so you can meet Lola a very fun server! This stay was fantastic and I can't recommend it enough.

We had a wonderful stay at this Villa. The rooms were large, the full kitchen was very nice, and you can not beat the location. We walked to almost all the sites we wanted to see. Piazza Novana is a highly desirable location. Hosts were very quick to answer any questions we had too. Book it-you won’t regret it.

Our party of 7 had a wonderful stay. The location was so convenient and the apartment had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. Our host, Alice, was charming. We hope to come back some day!

Alice and Roberto, the property owners were friendly and responsive. The location is perfect, literally around the corner from Piazza Navona. Early morning walks around the area watching Rome awaken were lovely. This property is perfect for a family vacation. We arrived on Good Friday and shopped in Campo di Fiori or our Easter dinner . The house was large enough for our family of 7 to entertain our Roman family. The living area was comfortable and kitchen was fully equipt. We highly recommend this property.

We could not have been more satisfied with our property. I’ll start with the negative - the beds were not king size as advertised but they worked out just great for everyone. One bedroom bath had a shower that had very low water pressure. On the great side, Casagrande was in a perfect location, giving us the perfect neighborhood and we were able to walk everywhere. We walked to all the sights and each of the unique other neighborhoods. But ours was best. The unit itself was grande in a simple way. It offered everything we could need. Bedrooms were large and private; common area was perfect for gathering at the end of the day to enjoy a glass of wine. The hosts was welcoming and helpful in arranging transportation. Rime was wonderful. Casagrande made it perfect.

The overall stay in Rome was amazing! The house was clean, spacious and perfect for a family.

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations. It is large, which is unheard of in the city and the location near Piazza Navona could not have been more perfect. In addition, the owners were incredibly responsive and helped to connect us with locals who planned several tours for us. They were private and the tour guides were some of the best we had during our 10 days in Italy. We cannot wait to come back!

This 4 bedroom apartment was perfect for our party of 6 (two couples and two singles). It is in a central location so we were able to walk to many tourist interesting locations. The manager was very helpful and accomodating. We had an issue with the heating, but Im sure that was a temporary fluke. Communication was good. Helpful to have the whatsup app.

This property made our experience amazing. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The property managers were great and made check in and check out easy. There is an elevator to help with luggage or anyone that might have an issue walking. There are several cute restaurants nearby as well. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

Our stay at CasaGrande could not have been more wonderful, fabulous, incredible, amazing… the list of superlatives goes on and on. Truly, our living here was remarkable in every way. Not only is this a beautiful, spacious and accessible!! apartment, with all amenities, but the location is excellent and creates opportunity of go everywhere walking with new discoveries at every turn, but taxi and bus are just around the corner!! The kitchen is gourmet! Fully accessorized with every appliance, all prep tools, serve-ware, etc. AND comes complete with with olive oil, balsamic, herbs, spices, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, etc. Everything needed for a quick start with meal prep. Not to mention complimentary wines!! and biscuits, including soft drinks and beverages in the fridge, and ice cubes!! Management agents Alice and Nicolo` have set new standards in customer care! When talking with Alice, thanking her for all her personal attention to us and welcoming us… she said ‘It was the Italian Way’… but Alice and her Company have notched ‘The Italian Way’ up to the next level!! The apartment is located in a building dating from the 17th century. Originally the house of nobility, this apartment has indeed maintained the noble and grandiose theme. True to its name ‘CasaGrande’ is indeed a ‘Grand House’. In staying here, you will not be disappointed!! On a scale of 1 to 5, CasaGrande earns 100!! Thank you Alice & Nick & Roberto for everything!! When you open your eyes to a villa surprise, that’s amore! When your host leaves you wine and pasta divine, that’s amore! Every little thing made us want to sing, Villa Bella! Dining down the street, walking off our feet, that was-a swell-a. I’d stay here all the time, location sublime, That’s amore! Loved the rooms, loved the art…Rome has stolen my heart….I’m in love. When I think of my stay, I know I’ll come back here one day…book the villa, I truly, will-a, because that’s amore!

We were a group of four friends traveling through Italy with Rome being our first stop. We could not have been happier with this apartment. The location is perfect! Piazza Navona is right around the corner. We were close to many sights and great restaurants. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities like coffee, tea, paper products, and soaps. Roberto is very quick to respond and the check in process was easy. We had an early flight into Rome and Roberto told us to come directly to the apartment to stow our bags since the previous renters had already vacated the property. A wonderful apartment in Rome to kick off our vacation!

This apartment is on a quiet street parallel to Piazza Navona! We walked to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and The Crypt from this location. There were many shops and restaurants around the area. Avoid the restaurants at the corner and look for the hole in the wall, little places to eat. We found some gems. Check out Lili's (I think that is what it was called). About a 10 min walk and well worth it. This apartment has an AMAZING kitchen. We went to the market to purchase some breakfast items. There is a little store just doors away that has drinks (water, beer, wine) and we visited there a few times. They don't have air conditioning (and we were in a heat wave!) but they provided us with many fans (13, in fact!) which helped a lot. We had plenty of room to spread out. Everyone had their own bathrooms (talk about a bonus!). The family was lovely to deal with for check in and out. They had a binder with many recommendations (and we used it!). It was very helpful. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. Enjoy!

Interesting apartment from the 15th century updated to the 21st within walking distance to many sites. Owners were very responsive to minor issues during our stay. Not air-conditioned but with the high ceilings and fans we were comfortable during the stay with temperatures in the 70s-low 90s. 8 of us spread across 4 bedroom with 4 baths; note one bedroom had twin bed and one a full and twin which worked out for us. Having an elevator to send luggage up and down was also helpful rather than lugging big bags up and down the stairs. Definitely would consider staying here again if we went back with a group.

We began our 10 day family vacation with a three night stay at this fabulous apartment in the heart of everything in Rome. Roberto was amazing from the start! He arranged transportation from the airport and again to the port for us to meet our cruise ship for the next leg of our journey. He even was able to provide a smaller apartment in the same building when our family trip grew by 3 a few months prior to arrival. Both homes were exactly as they were described and pictured on the site. He provided a full check in service with baggage help and orientation to both homes. Both homes were super clean, and had an amazing European feel which added to our experience. He assisted with recommendations for local site seeing and fabulous restaurants. Nothing, I mean nothing beats the location of the home. Stop looking and book now if you want to be able to walk out of your apartment and be in the heart of everything! Shout out to Roberto and his team for helping me pull off this wonderful experience for my family members ranging in age from 3years old to 80 years! I will be back!

Niccolò was great. He greeted us promptly upon our arrival. Explained the home and gave us a detailed explanation of how to use some of the appliances. The space was clean and organized. We found everything easily. It was a large and airy space which was perfect for my family. We had our own space to retire too at the end of our busy days. There was a thoughtful binder available about restaurants and sights to see. The location and proximity to most major sights was within walking distance which was a huge plus for our family. Overall our experience was phenomenal and would stay here again when in Rome.

The family and I had a great stay at this spacious apartment in the heart of Rome. It had all of the space and amenities we needed for our stay. Even with the warm weather in Rome this apartment stayed cool and had plenty of fans if needed. The location made it extremely convenient to walk pretty much wherever we needed to go. Our hosts walked us through the apartment and provided a lot of material about the apartment and suggestions on places to go and eat. This was the perfect spot for us during our 1 week stay in Rome. We would definitely stay here again when we make it back to Rome. Our hosts were extremely responsive and even helped coordinate travel to and from the airport. We enjoyed our stay at Casagrande. Location was great. This is a great apartment. It is in an older building and has a few quirks. Shower in one bath is small. It is in a busy area which makes it a bit noisy- but that does not bother us. Check in was great. Beds were great. Kitchen had some of the best equipment in a rental. Great frying pans, tea pot and kettle. Did have a problem with the coffee pot. There is an elevator!! Great for the luggage. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at the property. There is so much to see and do around the area. The apartment was so spacious, it was perfect for our group that included our children, my parents and in laws too. There was a minor hiccup with cleaning at check-in time, but Roberto quickly called the team that came out and cleaned the place well. Thanks for a fabulous time!

He was very helpful and kind - helping us with reservations, and ground transportation. Alessandra met us at the apartment and was delightful. The apartment was exactly as described and a perfect starting point for our family to explore Rome on foot. We would absolutely stay here again.

My sisters and husbands were there for a month. The location couldn’t have been any better. Roberto was so helpful in arranging drivers for us. He responded quickly to the one or two minor issues we had during our stay. Beautifuly equipped kitchen. The apartment was quiet at night. Cabs were available a very short distance away. Loved being able to stroll in Piazza Navona each evening. I would highly recommend it.
