The room was exactly what I needed it to be for the price I paid

- Two double beds (french size, rather small) are sold as a family room for five. - The receptionist informed about an « error in the transmission from booking », but the only solution offered was an upgrade with extra charges - The hotel doesn’t need a Halloween decoration, it’s scaringly off road, dark, old and dirty in the entrance hall and rooms

The staff was great at check in.

We booked the hotel in this area specifically so our 6 y.o. son could use the pool. It was freeeeezing and he was miserable! He stayed in about 3 minutes but just couldnt warm up...we tried.

There was no breakfast, just coffee with creamers.

The courtesy of the staff was non existant, no elevator to our 2nd floor room, shower in room was dirty and drained very slowly, no one was at the front desk when we were checking out, we just left the key at the desk, and left.

The price was within my budget and the parking was free.

Clean room. Clean bedding. Provided toiletries as expected.

Stain on towels. Slow running drain in tub. Couldn't even report it as no one was at desk when it was time to check out. Only a sign stating if checking out to leave room key here. Not even a locked drop box for it.

Very dirty and dusty. Was sneezing the whole time. Definitely not worth it.

The location. The front desk was wonderful and very accommodating. At first my room was to be on the second floor. I asked it I could possibly have a main floor room. They checked it out and made the switch.

The pool was very dirty and had algae everywhere. It definitely hadn’t been cleaned everyday. My only complaint.

I rarely write reviews that are not positive, but honestly the building, the property, the room, the bathroom, were all very tired looking. It appears someone has stopped trying.

Nothing … the lady at the front desk was nice

Very musty, aged smell. Was scared to actually sleep on the bed. Did not feel clean after taking a shower. Could not wait to get out of there. They have a pool somewhere, but with the odour, and lack of care to the building, did not even want to go around to find it. Entire place seemed like it was a hotel maybe 70 years ago that was abandoned, then someone decided to reopen without doing anything…

No other furniture in the room, pool was closed with no warnings from the hotel or booking

Nice size room and quiet

Was a little disappointed the indoor pool was closed and all electronics were unplugged in the room so fridge wasn't cold.
