Spotlessly clean house, beautifully decorated with a lovely garden and pool. Super comfortable bed, well appointed kitchen and plenty of space for all the guests. It's perfectly possible to get around by bus and it's quite safe to walk although there are no actual pavements on the road out of El Cuchillo.
Tinajo nearby is a lovely little town with a couple of good bakeries with cafes which stay open late. There's a great bar which brews their own beer.
It's a nice walk on a Sunday to Mancha Blanca where there's a little farmers market. Bike Stop cafe in La Santa is great too.
Buses are cheap, reliable and even play 1980s music from the UK. Save money on hire cars and take the bus!
Maybe a few more tea bags and coffee for guests.

The location, equipment, cleanliness, room size and hospitality of Laura and Roberto could not have been better. Everthing looked just like in the pictures and the decor of the entire house was absolutely beautiful. We‘ve also met some great people there!

Laura is super friendly, and makes you feel at home. If you're looking for a place to have some rest, this place is perfect.

OMG! where to start? our stay was absolutely perfect. Villa is so beautiful, clean and spacious we feel there very comfortable. Moreover Laura is the best host I've ever met. Now, I definitely know that this was not the last time I spent holiday at this exceptional property on this beautiful island.

Very comfortable house, it is a nice place to stay, and a good location to visit the country. We especially appreciated the swimming pool, the kitchen and the interior decoration, everything is chosen with a lot of taste.

it is the perfect place for a solo traveller to meet other people. I loved the swimming pool and all the facilities in the kitchen. Laura was super kind and the cats are so cute!!!

Loved this little gem of a guesthouse with warm owners and lovely facilities. The rooms were well appointed and cleaned every day. Laura was super hospitable and the pool was a delight. Lots of lovely restaurants in nearby La Santa, but you do need car / bikes to stay here (as you need them in almost the whole of Lanzarote)

Perfect stay in el Cuchillo! The house is near Tinajo, a small village where you can have anything you need (grocery shop, restaurants, bars…). The room is quite big, nice, welcoming and clean! The access to the garden and the swimming pool is pretty enjoyable!
The commun spaces are cleaned, tidy and convenient to meet other people! Laura is a lovely host! She is very available for everything you need and make you feel at home for sure! Wonderful place where you can have your own privacy and still meet people! I will definitely come back!

Charmed and peaceful villa in a great location, crystal clean, comfortable room, beautiful garden, plenty of space to chill out, relax and socialise with great attention to details. Laura is an amazing host. Can't wait to return!

That it had a pool and was a nice small hostel. Easy to meet people and at the moment with covid have your own room wich is very nice. And Laura the owner was the nicest person ever. Always happy, always a helping hand en asking about your day and how your liking the island and of course giving very good tips.
Had a great week there.
Nothing i didn’t like, it’s just more on the quiet side of the island. But with a car a great area and also this is not a bad thing just something you need to be aware of.
