best location to explore the southern part of the island ( Egremni and Porto Katsiki beaches ), confortable and clean apartment, genuine hospitality

When we came we were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist Maria who in great detail introduced us to places we can visit on Lefkada. The room was very beautiful and clean. They had very good shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body milk that they refilled/replaced regularly. They view was beautiful, unfortunately a bit blocked by the neigboor house’s roof.

Unfortunately we had loud neighbours next door (Serbs) who watched loud sports on tv in the evening and we could hear them in our room yelling. We thought the price was a bit high compared to other places we have visited on Lefkada (we had a villa with much bigger space and very modern for 70€ a night, compared to here 90+ per night). Also we thought the breakfast was a bit expensive (10 eur per person), so we chose not to have it and wished they had at least some glasses for water/coffee in the room.

Maria is exceptionally kind and friendly and gives you exhaustive info about the island and sight-seeing/restaurants; You can buy from the hotel, from the local production, several goods that are hand made with love and care and on a budget; The hotel is located near the west coast of the island, coast that has the most beautiful beaches; Vasiliki is 15 min away (by car) and there are plenty to activities to do there too (water activities, walking, sunbathing, restaurants); In terms of breakfast, you may pick from a variety of locally manufactured and exceptionally tasty products 😋

We had an awesome host, she helped us with every question we had, like boat times, best beaches around, hidden places, personal favorites and the hospitality was just amazing. We had delcious breakfasts (all home made!), amazing self-made olive oil, and self-made wines in the evening. The ambiance of the room is impeccable, the bed was comfortable.

The host was really kind and the place is clean. I enjoyed the breakfast so much. all menu is just great! Location is also very nice to reach to everywhere.

simple design, everything was clean and room was equipped with all necessary stuff. nice view from the balcony. Host was really nice and willing to help at any moment and any situation. professionalism 10+

The accommodation and the lady running the business are amazing. I came here for the first time by the chance. Is 100% recommended (and I am very very picky).

The room was spacious with clean bathroom and garden seats & table. Very fresh during the night when the weather was frying us all day! Staff were very friendly and did their best to give us suggestions and help with the extension of our holidays. Definitely recommending it!

THE HOSPITALITY OF MARIA, charming, always ready to assist, the best host from all my travels. She knows to make tourism and to make her guests feel excellent. The location, fantastic view, a peaceful, beautiful village, close to many touristic objectives. Top-rich breakfast. Extremely helpful guidance from Maria, to not miss any of the attractions of the island. Good taste in the design of the rooms/apartments….and the garden. I FULLY RECOMMEND. Best place in Lefkada.

Wonderful place! The studio was marvelous: beautiful and clean with a spectacular view. The hosts where just great. We will definitely come back!

The woman at the reception was very friendly and helpful. She gave us a lot of information for activities and helped us with our laundry. The room was beautiful furnished. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony.

The room was very clean and comfortable and Maria was the most amazing host.

The location is very convenient, close to the main beaches but away from the ugly town of Vassiliki. The main asset is Maria, the host. So helpful, reliable and always smiling, she just made the difference.

For the local market, I felt this accomodation is a bit overpriced.
