Love that there was private parking and the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Water pressure was great in the shower too!

The staff was kind and helpful.
They give me a safe parking for my motorcycle.
And the communication before my arrival was good. Some hotels in Kiev don't even answer to questions.
The mattress wasn't comfortable and the breakfast very good although so poor.
Not close to metro but Uber in Kiev is fast and cheap.

I had to work from there for two days, but the room was so large, it did not feel like I was working in a bedroom. The weather did not allow us use the balcony, but it was lovely.
Better dinner vegetarian options.

Soundproofing is not good, noise was heard from the hallway and neighboring rooms, There was no balcony in my room, however in description it was.
