The staff went above and beyond to see that I was comfortable!

Everything except the Water heater was not working properly.

The water heater was not working properly

New rooms look good and the house boys are good as well along with the people at reception. My room had some minor issues but they were able to change my room without a fuss.

No hot water despite leaving the hot water tap on for more than ten min. The breakfast spread was good but it is in a party hall and all the tables were dirty. The staff person at breakfast was more busy in his phone and drinking tea than bothering with me. Breakfast felt like I'm upsetting him by being there and he has extra work.

Pathetic staff. Room looks good but virtually no maintenance. Bathroom will get -10. Staff -20. I will never come back or recommend any one. Breakfast is also pathetic served in a godown like dining.

Would not recommend

Nothing one of the waste hotel one you book they will give another's no floor clean dirty wash room waste of money

No maintenance atlease they didn't provided towels and dental kit , 2800 rs I booked for one night but waste of money

Price not fair as per room cleanliness and facilities

It's in prime location and the staff is well mannered and there is someone always a cal away.

When I was there the lift is in repair and my room is on 4th floor except that everything else is perfectly fine.
