The location was nice, the kitchen was okay.

The shower had bad water pressure. The room was safocating. The owners was really not nice, and made bad atmosphere at the hostel.

The location was good and walkable to many places, and the place was clean and presentable. The owner did help with booking a taxi too.

Before arriving, we asked the guy if we can use the wahing machine (as it is listed on the available facilities). He responded with 'only one wash for every three days'. As we were staying 2 nights, 3 days, this seemed to meet the criteria, so we booked. When we arrived and asked about it, he said usually only peole staying 3 nights can use it, but we can use it anyway. When we went to use it, he was very strict on how much we could put in, even adding the small things like underwear. He told us to go to the local lavenderia if we wanted to add any more. As we had just come back from the salt flats, we wanted to rinse the salt out of our shoes and asked for a bucket, rather than using the shower. He declined and said to go to a lavenderia which was pointless because all we needed was a rinse. The bathrooms were very small and always had a broom/rag in the shower too. Overall the stay was okay but just felt like 'dad was always watching'.

it’s a family Hostal with a lot of personality and kindness from the owner. the little garden is nice to chill. the price and the room are worthwhile, I will definitely stay again!

A great little hostel 10-12 minutes walk from the 9 July Square, even less to shops & eateries. It has all you need: garden, plunge pool, kitchen, quiet areas, wifi. Everything works very well! To top it off, Marcelo is a great host!

the location is reasonable, just 7 blocks from the main square, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. the garden is also pleasant.

the place needs a complete revamp. Toilets and showers are tiny with nowhere to put your stuff. The rooms are dated and need AC, new mattresses and pillows, and paint, and have very little ventilation and are really hot. Common areas not very inviting.

Staying at Namaste was a very welcoming experience with a kind host and lovely housing. The pool was nice to cool down, the patio was great and the location of the hostel was perfect to explore Salta. Would definitely recommend!

It's a little out of town. The room got a bit hot and we didn't have a fan.

Spacious room with comfortable beds, bedside table and a wardrobe. Nice garden area with plenty of seating. Welcoming host. Quiet location close to a grocery, bakery, laundrette and restaurants – a few blocks away from the main plaza. Good value for money considering it's a private room. Kitchen has six stoves and there's plenty of space for dining.

Showers are small and cramped. Only two toilets/showers and one didn't have toilet paper for a full day and two nights, which suggests the staff don't check or clean the showers very often. Kitchen could do with more plates, bowls and cooking utensils (spatula, stirring spoons etc). Due to the layout of the building, quite dark in parts – natural light doesn't reach all rooms. A bedside lamp would be nice. Walls could do with a new coat of paint. No wastebin in the room.

The owner,Marcello,is such a nice man-kind,helpful and friendly...Gave me his Salta bus card to go to Chicoana....Always available to talk to.The hostal was clean and comfortable and definitely worth a return visit...Very satisfied.

The owner is really nice, I think we checked in a little early and it wasn't a problem for him. Room was spacious enough. Hot showers and nice outside area with table and chairs. No sign of the pool in the photo but it wasn't hot enough for swimming anyway (must be a seasonal thing)

I was here in difficult circumstances with Corona Virus restrictions in place,Marcelo the owner and the French people already in the hostel have been exceptional in their hospitality .😄🌞
