Petit-déjeuner sympa quand on arrive à trouver de la place assise.
Chambre très petite.
Problème avec l'ouverture de la fenêtre.
Impossible de fermer la porte de la salle de bain.

L'emplacement, petit déjeuner
Une odeur d'égout dans la chambre 207. Et ce n'est pas la seule. Obligé de dormir la fenêtre ouverte avec chauffage pour pouvoir respirer correctement. 1er hôtel ibis médiocre comparer aux autres ibis réserver. Pour dormir fuyez tout simplement.

Ontbijt in een lichte ruimte met vrij uitzicht op de omgeving. Ligging van het hotel is ideaal voor natuur recreatie en activiteiten.
Ik miste een klein koelkastje, voor dingetjes uit de nabijgelegen Intermarché.

L'accueil, le premier soir d'Angélique ...génial , nous n'avions pas eu le temps de manger et elle a partagé ce que son chéri avait fait ( de la tartiflette ) . Il gelait , c'était dimanche soir, et , de plus, mon compagnon en fauteuil roulant : c'est vrai, on ne fait pas çà à tout le monde , mais là, nous étions attendus comme des princes ; nous venons 3 fois par an , si pas 4 , pendant au moins une semaine , et ce, depuis presque 10 ans . Le lendemain, toute la troupe des courageuses nous a accueillie au petit-déjeuner avec un grand sourire ; de plus , on fêtait l'anniversaire du fauteuil , euh non, celui qui était dessus .. LOL ... Non, trop bien, on y retourne fin juin ou début juillet ... Encore merci à vous tous ( n'oublions pas le seul homme Yannis ) et .... doucement avec les souris ( miam miam) ! ! ! Patrice et Didier
Intermarché dont l'implantation d'un garage pour ses clients juste en face de l'hôtel en cache la vue ...Très dommage , et on ne voit plus l'hôtel en venant de Givet . Quelle idée saugrenue ! ! !

Emplacement au calme, la disponibilité du personnel après l’heure de check-in, le fait que le petit-déjeuner soit un buffet à volonté en self service, son petit prix si vous l’ajoutiez au dernier moment, l’aménagement des chambres (nous avions un lit double avec lit superposé), l’espace suffisant pour 2 adultes et un enfant de 3 ans, le fait d’avoir une place de parking disponible en arrivant, la simplicité du Check in et out… le fait d’avoir ce que nous cherchions : un endroit sympa et calme où dormir, à prix mini, en étant plus près de notre destination finale, Dinant.
L’odeur de canalisation dans la chambre, c’est sûrement dû au fait que la chambre n’est pas louée souvent, ou que l’eau ne s’est pas écoulée dans la tuyauterie de l’évier et de la douche récemment… mais ça n’est pas un point qui fait que l’on ne reviendrait pas pour autant.

This was a very good Ibis Budget hotel. We stay here from time to time when racing in Belgium and will continue to use.
The hotel meets our needs and standards but eventually the showers/wash room will need refurbishment.

Room and corridor were smelly. It needs some proper venting. Lack of hooks to dry wet towels. Not a lot of choice for breakfast.

Location, staff and the breakfast is great
I stayed here 9 years ago when it was almost new. Shame that it's deteriorating. Strange smell coming from the toilet. The biggest issue were the sheets. I guess I am allergic for the deterrent. Didn't sleep well.
But to be realistic.. If you need a place to crash on a budget this price is unbeatable

Ibis Budget is part of the chain so in many ways one knows exactly what to expect, low cost, limited facilities but clean and comfortable. This site matched corporate standards and was ideal for an overnight stay while traveling.
Ibis Budget is what it is. If you know what to expect you should not be disappointed. Would I choose it for a week long stay? Definitely not but for overnight, great.

Good shower and air con was working fine. Room was of an acceptable standard and size.
Staff on reception was a little grumpy. Possibly a little bit further from Givet town centre than we thought it would be - about 25 minutes walk.
