Good swimming pool. Good rooms. Good breakfast.

They closed the pool the day we arrived. When we asked st reception they kept telling us they only open the swiimming pool from 1st June. However when we spoke to the life guard the next day he said they were open for the past month. He explained the management of the hotel decided not to open the pool the previous day.

The rooms were excellent... the view is incredible. The staff was very friendly, and the food was great!

There isn't enough parking lot. We had to park far away.

The staff, room, view and breakfast were all great. This is our second year coming here and we will return next year.

The staff wasn’t polite they even didn’t greeting us. There was no heating in the room at all, it was like North Pole. We asked a mobile heater, they gave us blankets and a hair dryer (WTF). The wi-fi was slow, or nothing, so it’s useless. When we had breakfast we didn’t find clean table, but no one came to clean them.

No air condition. There was ‘cool’ in the lobby and elevator but none in our room. We were told that the air condition turned on for summer yet.

King Solomon hotel in Tiberias is awesome. It's quite an old dated hotel but is classic with probably one the best elevated views of magnificent sea of Galilee! The hotel it self is huge with an upper or lower section. From what I gather almost all rooms have views. It is abit of a walk back to the lobby or amenities if you are in the lower section, however its part of the experience when staying in a giant hotel. The staff were extremely helpful & catering, even allowing me to move rooms, to one the higher rooms in the elevated section of the hotel, to obtain an even better view as I initially booked a deluxe room which happen to be in the lower sections of the hotel, quite far from the lobby. Buffet breakfast was in the magnificent dinning area that over looks the sea of Galilee. Really thankful & enjoyed the breakfast each morning. They have a great gym, spa section. An great out door swimming pool. Open air viewing decks. Loved my stay here. The only negative was the location is not right on the water like most of the other hotels down near the promenade wharf. However that is also a plus being it's quieter at night generally. For what you get in Israel it's great value & very enjoyable. Thanks to the lovely staff for taking care of us.

the lobby is remodeled but the rooms are not. also they gave me a hard time upon checking in since they claim I didn’t book according to the amount of guests. even though I proved with the confirmation on my email, they still had to “make an exception for me” even though I reserved correctly

We like everything, the service, the room, the space, the food, the view, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We love it!
