- Breakfast was really good and in general well balanced and varied! Just the coffee machines are not so good, the coffee does not come out as hot as it should and the flavor so so... and when bigger groups are at the dinning area, they are so hard to access! - Rooms were really spacious and clean, and I was given a good upgrade for what I asked through Booking! Beds were clean, comfortable and good pillows! - So grateful for the chocolates, water and wine given =) - bathroom was good, missing the magnifying mirror with light, and the balancing of the cold and hot water was a bit tricky, to get to a middle temperature, - HOSPITALITY of Manager and staff was pretty good! Nati the General Manager really made sure our stay was pleasant making sure our needs were met and providing a quality and amicable service in general, great cappuchinos at the reception area!!! we also appreciated the parking space in the Hotel We enjoyed our stay and would love to be back!

Hotel is overpriced for the for what it offers. Room wasn't clean around the pullout sofa. It was a big variety of food for breakfast but it was not good enough for the price of 900NIS per night.

Staff at reception were efficient , helpful and friendly. The view from our room was exceptional. The beds were very comfortable and the room spacious. Breakfast was superb. Good location. We had a lovely stay.

it was quite busy and noisy and the pool was quite small

Breakfast was a perk. There was a great variety to choose from. The staff was courteous as well.

For what we paid, we got a twin bed put together to be a queen bed. The room had a stale smell. The kettle still had water in it and coffee on the outside from the previous guests. That was quite disgusting.

interesting shows for the children but need to go to Leonardo Plaza hotel to watch them

no place to change near the pool, no locks on the bathroom, a mess with pool towels, no access to the beach

Breakfast was great, all staff were very nice and courteous, the only staff member at the check in desk an elderly man was not so nice.
