התארחנו ל 3 לילות. הצוות היה מקסים ודאג לנו לכל דבר ואפילו פינק מאוד! 🙂 משהו שהיה לנו משמעותי זה שהיה מפונים אבל זה לא גרם למלון להרגיש פחות נעים, כמו שיש אנשים שיגידו על מלונות אחרים. גם האוכל היה מצוין וטעים. ליד המלון יש סופר שזה ממש נוח, והמיקום קרוב לעיר ובקרבת בתי כנסת. בסה"כ ממליצים מאוד על השהות במלון!

The room was recently renovated so it looks ok. The stuff was friendly and helped whenever asked too.

No parking! Very hard to find a parking space in the crowded neighborhood. We had a very bad smoking smell in our rooms all the time — getting it from other rooms through the air vents day and night. The pool is very small and very crowded. The overall location isn’t nice, the neighborhood isn’t welcoming. Check in took us forever.. The hotel is very very basic

הצוות נחמד ומאיר פנים, התקשרו כל הזמן לשמוע אם הכל בסדר.

לגוון באוכל ולדאוג שאוכל יהיה טרי כל יום. מאוד קשה לאכול אותו הדבר במשך שבוע וגם לטעום שחלקו נשמר מאתמול. תודה!

The staff in the hotel were amazing. Each one of them was friendly and always with a smile on their face. The hotel was clean and the room was fine based on my needs. The hotel was housing families from the North for the past several months and it was clear that the families and the staff felt like family to one another. It was wonderful to see the warmth between the staff and the families. Honestly I can't say enough good things about the staff. From the front desk to the dining room, to the cleaning staff, they were all amazing! The trip was also very humbling. Sitting with the evacuated families and listening to their stories made me realize how lucky I am to live in an area in Israel which is barely affected by the war on our two fronts. These families are homeless yet continue to get up, go to work , go to school and are friendly and outgoing. As a Social Worker who has worked with survivors from the South and with families who had loved ones killed or injured, it opened my eyes to those who have been displaced from the North. I came for a weekend to rest, relax and clear my mind from all that I have seen and heard these past few months, and the families from the North immediately "adopted" me to eat Shabbat meals with them and their ongoing strength gave me the strength. The families along with the amazing staff made my stay a great one!

Unfortunately the room next to me was occupied by a teenager (alone in the room with his parents on another floor) and he decided to have a party on Friday night, which included his loud vomiting in the bathroom at 2am. Unfortunately the ceiling outside my bathroom was open that led right to his bathroom and I was woken up from the party and the vomiting. As I was on the 11th floor and keep shabbat, I did not have a way to call the front desk and at midnight and 2am, I was definitely not willing to go down 11 flights of stairs.

האוכל היה מצוין רואים שהכל טרי ומגוון. רונן בקבלה קיבל אותנו בסבר פנים יפות ולכבוד יום הנישואים שלנו שדרג לנו את החדר בלי שביקשנו ואף הזמין אותנו לארוחת צהריים במתנה . ממש מקסימים
