Just wanted to thank you for all of your assistance in arranging our wonderful trip to Jamaica on June 11th. Our family really enjoyed themselves and since all of them had never been before, they especially enjoyed the villa experience. Sea Grapes was really lovely, the staff was terrific, and the villa amenities were wonderful. Our younger family members really loved having so many things to play and enjoy. I was very impressed that during our stay,the villa owners paid us a visit, which was a very pleasant surprise. They could not have been more enjoyable to meet.

This was our first time booking a fully staffed villa in Jamaica… The first hand knowledge they have at Exceptional Villas really helped us understand how it all worked. We felt so relaxed and assured before we arrived that everything would go to plan…and it did!

Amazing beachfront home…my friends and I all needed this break. We had the most wonderfully relaxing time here away from the real world. The staff were the icing on the top!

Sea Grapes is my home away from home! The whole family loved it here…the things to do here are endless from kayaking in the bay, tennis, swimming in the pool or napping on one of the patio chairs…and the food here was just delicious! We let our cook Kurline surprise us every day and we were never disappointed. Will definitely be back!

My parents, my husband, my two toddles and three siblings stayed here and LOVED it. There was more then enough room for all of us - and we didn't have to share beds! They had a crib and highchairs for our two little guys. The best part about Seagrapes - the staff! The cook was amazing. She asked what we wanted and they made us whatever we wanted - crab, lobster, shrimp, jerk chicken, you name it! The housekeepers always made sure the backyard was neat and tidy and the night watchman was so nice! Housekeeping picked up any dirty laundry and returned it cleaned and folded the next day. I think this place actually has six bedrooms. We did wish that the pool was heated - even though it was 90 outside, the water was too cold to put the kids in. The cove that this house is on is amazing - it's so calm and private! The house had paddleboards, kayaks and snorkel equipment. I will be coming back for sure! Oh and if you stay here, make sure you check out Ultimate Jerk which isn't too far from here - such an authentic joint!
