location was ok. that was it really. nothing m uch to like.

The pictures must have been taken many years ago, as my room looked nothing like the layout in any of the pictures and was considerably smaller than the images make you believe. Room was dirty. Unclean bed. Wall sockets were loose. Plugs kept sparking. Shower was broken. It had one setting, boiling water. Aircon screen broken. Aircon broken. Lights broken. Table chairs were broken and rocked back and forth. Woke up with long hairs on my face... I have short hair and was staying alone. Could not get in touch with reception to get a room key. The door did not lock. Corridors were pitch black.

Beautiful apartment very close (20 minutes walk) from the centre of Wroclaw. Spacious, airy and light. Right by the river with great views. Great value for money too! Would definitely stay again.

We only had one fork and then lots of spoons and knives which made eating at home a bit tricky.

Excellent location. Relatively quiet - as in normal apartment buildings. Near the river, so a nice place for a walk. A small grocery store on doorstep - Zabka - which has the necessities, fruit and fresh bread. Don't be misled by the word "premium" in the name - there is nothing premium about the apartment as the price suggests. It is a basic apartment. The apartment was clean (apart from the fridge) and everything worked when I moved in. I had a nice balcony overlooking a courtyard with 2 recliners to relax.

There was no washing machine (listed in the description) when I moved in. Apparently, it can be installed on demand - put it in your comments to the property if you need one and ask during check-in. The apartment had nothing to do with photos shown - the space was the same but design totally different. Nothing wrong but worth remembering. The furniture was not durable enough for rental, so already partially damaged. There was only a tiny wardrobe (50cm wide) so I kept my clothes in the suitcase. The fridge was stinky - there was residue of rotten food in the freezer.

It depends who is at the reception desk. In our case we booked the underground garage, arrived at 6pm, received a pilot which didn't work and then returned to the reception to exchange it (low battery) But guess what. We were the last guest for this day and the reception - inspite of announcing much longer open hours was vacated. Even so we tried a few more times hereafter there was NOBODY. SO that person had definitely left a few minutes past 6 and we were left with our car just outside. We could exchange the pilot only the next day with a MUCH friendlier person.

Modern, neat, cosy and comfortable. Great location. Perfect for short stays for couples.

Could use more kitchen equipment, we had only one poorly sharpened knife, one glass, there were no kitchen towels, no spices. Only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.

I've liked the view and the apartment itself

I was waiting with other people for host to give us keys, it was really long and after I've said that we were waiting for more than half an hour, she promptly gave me the keys. That was weird.
