Staff are friendly .

The wash rooms don’t have latch ( to lock the door from inside? I opted room for my family.. and the washroom are made up of glass material , even though they have tinted we can see through … for couple it’s fine but not when u travel with kids or parents

As always the staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make sure that our stay was wonderful. The rooms, pool, meals, friendliness and service make for an unforgettable experience.

The hotel team are very respectful and kind. Beds are comfortable and rooms clean.

The hotel is losing its prestige, the breakfast is not what it once was when the hotel was Eastin Yama, the variety of guest countries of origin is also very poor ( 90% Russia), this is our third time at the hotel and we have experienced the decline of a hotel that we appreciated very much. The workers, as always, are very helpful and respectful, thank you for your service and we wish you the best.

L’hôtel est récent, propre, bien agencé. La piscine est bien ainsi que les chambres avec Wc séparé et belle salle de bain (douche et baignoire).

Le ménage, fait tous les jours laissait à désirer. Sol non nettoyé plusieurs jours, serviettes de toilettes non changées de temps en temps. L’emplacement avec une jolie vue est particulièrement dangereux pour l’accès qui nous oblige à traverser une route très passagère à deux fois deux voies, sans feu ni signalisation.

Loved the pool area, great vibe music playing all day at a nice volume. We stayed on floor 2 and our room had a cute little balcony with a mini pool (up to your calves) which was a nice touch! Rainfall shower head and bath with separate toilet. All the nice touches of shampoo/shower gel, robes, flip flops, wardrobe with handging space and safe. The bed was comfy and we got fresh towels every day. Cocktails reasonably priced and bar staff helpful and friendly. Great view from pool. Lovely lobby with lots of comfy seating. Free parking. Lobby staff were very friendly, warm and smiley and most spoke English very well so communication was easy.

The food was quite average, fine enough if you're hungry but more enjoyable to eat out
