Quarto com piscina privativa é bem amplo e ótimo pra dividir com amigos. Instalações antigas mas em ótimo estado.
Restaurante e cafeteria são ótimos!
Funcionários extremamente prestativos.
SPA no local é maravilhoso com preços justos.
Galão de água mineral no quarto é muito prático!
O quarto com piscina privativa tinha, talvez pelo piso de madeira, um pouco de cheiro de mofo.
O sinal de Internet nesta região do hotel é inexistente. O que foi compensado pelo Wi-Fi do hotel somente nos limites da edificação.

We had a small incident where tempered glass of toilet shattered - noted first time for hotel staff too - but staff handled it well and offered us a free upgrade for last night - really appreciated that

Very good value for money if you need to stay close to the airport. Very spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The two swimming pools are a plus.
Can get a bit noisy as the hotel is close to the main road. We had a room overlooking a small side street and it was ok. The hotel facilities are a bit tired. Make sure you ask for an independent taxi to pick you up for a trip to the airport as the hotel is overcharging if you accept using their own drivers.

restaurant food options are poor, nothing for a vegetarian other than a pizza.
rooms look like they’ve not had any maintenance done in a while, especially bathrooms, not surprisingly with covid.
The location is good for the airport, but the local area isn’t very nice at all. The nice area are about 45mins- 1/12 drive away. Very busy so not great for scooters.
The rain and lighting was so bad one morning the fire alarm went off at 6 am, the concern was the staff had no idea what to do. We walked down to the lobby expecting to be told something or to wait in a particular area but they ignored us whilst they made phone calls. I’m glad it wasn’t a real emergency because they clearly do not do any kind of fire drill preparation. It was even more scary that no other guest bothered to leave their room upon hearing the alarm.

The suite that we reserved was roomy! It includes a living area and a large television. The hotel's amenities were excellent, but the kids club should be open more frequently to ensure that the air is always fresh.
The pool was the nicest facilities. The main pool was clean and had less chlorine, and there was a kids' pool in the corner.
A minor feedback from mine was the snack in suite lounge need to replace.

Everything except the door of the room
If there is a fire happen, we will not get to out easily since the door and wardrobe is too close and it get difficult to open it immediately.

The room is very nice, there is a bathtub which is reaaaly big 😹

The staff were lovely, friendly and happy. The pool was private clean and so refreshing after a hot day walking too and from the beach. The breakfast was really substantial and delicious - great value for only $10AUD.
The toilet leaked, slow nothing serious, from somewhere and the bathroom generally was getting a bit tired looking. I was only thete for a quick visit to Jimbaran beach which was a short walk away. This hotel is obviously just a transit hotel due to its proximity to the airport - though the staff made it feel like a resort.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to Kedonganan Fish Market. The location of the hotel is outside the tourist area, the road to the beach (700m) can be crossed with a vehicle provided by the hotel. The room(studio for 4 persons)is large, spacious. The hotel staff is kind and helpful. The only unpleasant thing for a European tourist is the breakfast with mostly Asian food, very few possibilities for a regular meal. The coffee is bad, but you will find very good coffee at the hotel bar, "Angelique", for 3 USD. In the lobby you will find a very honest and helpful taxi driver who will take you where you want to visit in Bali.

Hotel is quiet, nice and clean. Staff always on hand and very helpful. Access to two pools. Airport is close by.
Set right amomgst the locals, not much around apart from the convenience stores. Need to drive to the local beach(Jimbaran) or nearest destinations to go out either Semniyak or Kuta. Breakfast needs more variety, not much of a vegetarian option.

We have stayed overnight at Watermark before, great location when arriving on late flights as very close to airport. Close to Jimbaran.
The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful- they are awesome. The hotel is recovering from the impact of lack of visitors the past 2 years- so the buffet breakfast is somewhat limited, fewer staff, limited services but still good. Good value for money overall, 2 lovely pool areas. The Japanese restaurant is still open and very good- delicious authentic food in a surprising location! Good massages at the in-house spa. Great beds- HUGE in the suite rooms.
Hopefully room service will be back, also the pool bar open. And if the water features around the hotel could be back up and running it would improve the atmosphere.
