Bring your boat. Canal access. Property very accommodating. Short drive to Tarpon Springs and Greek town. Fish and meat markets if you care to cook. Must drive for eating and entertainment.just one restaurant to walk to precariously.

We enjoyed our week long stay. The house was clean and comfortable. We had manatees visit at the end of the dock. Neighbors on either side were pleasant and not intrusive. Master bedroom was of good size with plenty of storage for suitcases, clothing, etc. Location is very close to grocery stores. Can't compliment local food establishments at all. Food was "meh" and overpriced.

Loved the location. The view was great. The master bed was comfortable and the hot tub was just great. Loved this place.

Quiet neighborhood, good amenities, close enough to go play in Tarpon Springs gor the day (which I highly recommend). Hot tub was perfect abd pool table in good condition. Dock was just redone.

Rented for my elderly parents. They loved the Marina views. The road the house is off is very fast and waa difficult for them to navigate at times, but they were happy for the convenience to restaurants and stores.

Location is great for beautiful scenes, music on the weekends. Pool table and hot tub can be enjoyed while you listen to the free music you get across the water. Great neighbors. Shopping, park and library close by. Joey's New York Style pizza is excellent. Housekeeper keeps tabs on how all is going and is quite prompt to respond should you have any issues to resolve. Tv is enjoyable. Tarpon Springs is in close proximity for a touristy feel. Great for people that enjoy the city buzz! Homosassa State park has a wonderful facility that is easy on the budget which is a 40 minute (or so) drive.

Loved this home on the water in New Port Richey. It was clean and neat and nicely decorated. It was quiet & peaceful! Loved to watch the boats coming and going all day. The outdoor patio was a fantastic location to host a little BBQ for the family. Can't wait to return!!

Very nice little home on the water. The restaurant across the water did have music over the weekend but you can’t hear anything in the house. One issue we did have was that the boat dock was rented to someone and there were people working on the boat the afternoon we arrived and all day Monday which was very uncomfortable because it was noisy and there was no privacy.

Great Stay, enjoyed the music from Widow Fletchers across the water. Have rebooked for a week in Jan.

Love the house and location. The kids had so much fun. Got to see some manatee and catch fish.

We really enjoyed our 11 day stay. It was conveniently located near our friends and a cousin. We ate out mostly (be sure to try The Fish Guy-fantastic! The kitchen is roomy enough to cook however. The Master Bedroom is spacious with 2 closets. Bathroom are small but ok for a vacation. We loved the big screened-in lanai and watching the boats come in and out was entertaining. The only complaint my hubby had was there was no recliner!!

It was terrific!! Owner was awesome!!

House is nice, if you like constant traffic, aggressive dogs next door, boat slip renter constantly walking thru the back yard & staying all day, no ac replacement of a.c. unit sottering, banging drilling this is the place for you.

Very clean and perfect for our week stay. The waterfront dock was very relaxing. On New Years Eve the display of fireworks from the dock was one of the best firework displays we had seen and we did not need to leave the house to watch the show! The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dogs.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The water view from the lanai was very relaxing with regular sightings of manatees and the occasional dolphin. The fenced yard was excellent for my small dog. The house was festive with a beach-themed interior. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.

First time renting property was pretty good you do have a wait for your refund and the mowers did come at 6 a.m. one day but overall nice little place

Over all its a nice LITTLE house. Although we never seen any sign of marine life we did enjoy sitting on the back dock watching the boats. There are huge cock roaches throughout the house. The people next door made it a point on our first day there to meet us.in the driveway and tell us that they live next door and would be watching. The lawn care company came a cut the grass at 6AM on our 2nd day there I feel that a little early. Also should mentioned the hot tub is old and out dated not what we expected.

We enjoyed our short stay! This home is comfortable with plenty of room and has everything you might need on hand. We especially appreciated the extra efforts to clean the home thoroughly between guests. We sat in the hot tub, played billiards, kayaked, fished from the dock and watched the family of manatees swim close by in the evenings. The only reason I couldn't give all perfect scores was the noise from traffic and emergency vehicles from Hwy 19 across the channel - which was not an issue inside the house. Even so, it was the perfect change of scenery we needed!

This property was a perfect little getaway place! On our first night we had a family of manatees swimming at the dock. The baby manatee was even blowing raspberries back and forth with us. There are plenty of this here to keep you entertained. My only suggestion is maybe adding some card games or a few board games. We definitely plan to come back again and our experience with the area has us even talking about moving down here.

Loved being on the canal. Seeing the Dolphins,Manatees, and Birds along with the fishing was a Huge Asset. Location was excellent for a lot of reasons. Groceries,Gas,Shopping,Tarpon Springs. Beaches Parks etc.. Size of house perfect for 2-4 people comfortably.

We had a very pleasant stay. The home was clean, well stocked. We would recommend this to our friends.

Cute, nicely appointed house with access to the gulf. Our bad luck that our stay coincided with a cold wave. Hopefully it will be warmer when we come back. We will return.

This is the first time that 2 of my friends and I rented a house in Fl. and we were in awe of this place!! The view out the back was amazing! We could hear music from the bar across the water; we saw dolphins swimming right in our back yard! Friendly neighbors, too! Laura and I even took the kayak out. Oh, and of course we used the hot tub!! The place is very clean and the yard is kept up. The property is near Route 19 and there is so much to do in New Port Richey! Or any of the towns close. The weather was ideal while we were there, too. We visited beaches, the sponge docks, several local bars and eateries. I could go on and on but in a nutshell...this was a vacation to remember thanks to DeeDee!!

This was the first time my husband and I rented a home instead of staying at a hotel. We planned on checking a few different homes each time we traveled to Tampa area but honestly we loved this place so much as it met every one of our expectations that I’ll check back here first. The location was perfect, the lanai and hot tub for this time of year was exactly what we needed. We live on the lake in New York and enjoy beautiful sunsets but I have never enjoyed the sunrise as much as I did during our brief stay. We were only there for 3 nights and we didn’t want to leave! The only issue we experienced that someone else mentioned in their review was that the sliding door is a little difficult to open. It was not a dealbreaker by any means but is worth noting. We have had the same problem with our sliding glass door which is probably why I felt right at home 😄� The sofa was comfortable, the beds, leather love seat on the lanai all very comfortable! Everything you could possibly need for cooking our meals was available as advertised! Dee Dee really did think of everything...We can’t wait to come back next year for a longer stay! MK and Dan
