Nice quiet location. Kids loved the swimming pool.

A bit far from trainstation. No taxis usually there and no public transportation available from train station. Beds were just awful. Too soft and when you got near the edge you'd fall on to the floor. And the pillows were flat.

Ants in the building but not unexpected on a site like this, not too much of an issue.

This accomodation was perfect for a group trying to explore Amsterdam like us! Staff was very friendly and helpful and the housing itself provided us with everything we could wish for. All the facilities were working perfectly, we were given several trash bags, three dishwasher tablets, detergent... The space was also spotless clean. I wholeheartedly recommend this place. This accomodation is literally perfect if you have a car, if not, it is still worth it imo.

The train station (only means of public transport in this area) is twenty minutes by walk, five minutes by bike. The closest grocery store is even further, 35 minutes by walk. To get to Amsterdam by bike, it takes about an hour. The beds were very soft and the bedframes were so light they moved very easily.

Great location. Easy to get into Amsterdam & Harlem (1.6km walk to train station) The "Cube" was a great group house which has fantastic views but lacked some major basic items. All in all, I would summarise the house as an empty shell with saucepans.

No towels, no baking trays, no kitchen towels, you have to carry the rubbish bags half a KM through the complex to dispose of bags as if you leave them outside Rats/Herons or Cats get them. No bed linen unless you pay extra, 2 toilet rolls for an 8 person house staying 5 nights. The food at Sophias Italian is overpriced and akin to weatherspoons.

You get nothing for use(no towels - but you can rent them, no shampoo or bathing gel, one toilet paper, no paper towels) It's not a bad thing, but it's better to keep that in mind before arrival
