Your staff's support is exceptional!!. Whether it is at the dining room, housekeeping, room service, reception or at the entrance the staff in these different departments is equally supportive and they go beyond to help the guest to keep him comfortable during his stay. Well done !! and keep it up !!

I really loved the ambience. The warm welcome given when I entered, the flower crown and welcome drink - all made me feel like a princess 😉 My son loved the place very much. People here are so kind and humble. Mr. Laksh helped our stay to be more comfortable. Breakfast buffet has lots of varieties. So yummy!! I met with a slight leg discomfort while I was returning from the office on the second day of my stay. The Shangri-La team assisted me with a doctor even around 9:30 PM in the night and helped me to get out of fear. There was an immediate medical assistance which I never expected. The doctor came to the room and gave me the necessary action. Special mention to Ms. Anchal. Such a lovely person I met here. I hope to stay in touch forever. Now Shangri-La will be my second home and it will definitely be my go-to place whenever I need a refreshment. I've been to many 5 star hotels but the love and hospitality which I received from Shangri-La team is so so exceptional ❤️ Would love to visit sooner again!!
