The stay was great, services were impeccable. The staff were very nice and helpful.

I ended up being charged one night for a room that I didn't stsy in because of my plane being delayed so I arrived at 6am and I ended up staying in a downgraded room (at my request). Also, the snacks prices in the room are unjustifiably expensive. Fir the quality of services and the prices per night, you'd expect not to be charged $7 for a small can of Pringles.

The hotel looked very nice in photos. In real: 1- welcoming staff on arrival was not friendly and not welcoming at all. She had very straight expressions that made my 11 years old son questioned if she was ok. 2- Dusty room and this comment was made to hotel reception. Room cleaning cleaned the room better and apologized but yet the room is still dusty. This is due (as I believe) to ac filter since I tried and wiped an area on the table next to my bed and woke up with white dust again. This was frustrating as I am allergic and had to take allergy pills every night👎🏻. 3- Room service dine in: we had to answer 3-4 phone calls from room service just to confirm our order which was a glass of lemon juice👎🏻👎🏻 same happens if we order 7up. We once had a very hard to bite french fries which came with a burger. Not sure how fresh it was. 4- sound isolation: As advised earlier, taking allergy tablets makes you very sleepy and in the last 3 dats of my visit there was another family with kids placed next to my room. When complaining about the loud screaming of the kids and parents also I was asked if I want to leave the room. I was shocked!! I am already reaching the end of my stag and the solution could’ve been: sure maam we will talk to the other guest. Or even even offer another room to the other new guest not us who already had our stuff and items in the room. 5- there was either a function or birthday on a daily basis and workers are not directed to work and not disturb guest. There were some work going on 8:30 am and I called requesting to stop it which they did thankfully. Shockingly, workers started to bang the wall 30 minutes later 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. 6- every time I enter the hotel and despite the screening of my luggages I get asked in details what is in the bag? I was even once asked to open my purse and have a look in it even-though it was screen and all that was in it was a wallet, lipstick, and tissue paper!!!

Excellent hotel - very cozy & homy, superb service, nice amendities, fine location, comfortable bed & linen. Best of all Marriotts I've stayed. Strongly recommend.

staff was very good, food was awesome. but the top price I paid for my stay, room wasn’t that great. carpet was old, dirty and had stains. Drawers and wooden cupboards had chips all over.

I had to go to reception about my swipe card not working on average twice everyday during my 6 nights stay.

I am unhappy about the experience because we were told by the host that we could order beverage once on the house and he would instruct his team accordingly to not bill us. But later when I checked the final invoice we were charged for the coffees infact. Also, the baggages were delivered late to the room that too after multiple follow up.

Clean ,courteous staff. Comfortable rooms . We got a complimentary cake for our anniversary. Early check in provided.

We got a 15% discount voucher for the spa but apparently, that only applies when you take particular service, I think more to do with spa policy but should have been told in advance.

Amazing breakfast, big room size and bed was very comfortable. Proper equipped work stations make it also very comfortable for business trips.

Some of the staff was slow and not very attentive at times, e.g. they did not bring my luggage after i had already asked/called them 3 times. After 1 hour went to get it myself, while i found the concierge gossiping with each other! Please train your staff properly, there is much potential.
