Location of the hotel is perfect. Right in the core downtown but bit away from the hustle bustle. The room was spacious and clean.

The staff seemed undertrained. They didn’t seem too bothered at times and most of the times seemed unaware of how things work in the hotel.

We had a good stay and it was comfortable . The staff were good and accepted to change our bed to a better one.

It’s good if they provide better beds.

The staff especially Ms Amandeep Kaur - provided excellent customer service. Never seen GM in the lobby of the hotel talking to customers. The staff in the restaurant were very courteous, helpful and polite. The location of the hotel - is very near all the major shopping areas in Bangalore

Which the bathroom could be upgraded to include hand held showers incread of rain showers. Not very helpful for ladies.

Great central location, very friendly staff, swimming pool on a higher floor was really nice, good taxi service, clean and spacious rooms with a nice interior.

My bathroom had a few broken things (faucet, toilet) but they fixed it fast. Breakfast Western options were ok but not great and had to ask for coffee and a mug, not great servive.
