Despite asking for a late checkout- Staff came in at 1130 to clean up.

Include basic (to go ) breakfast options, would be good. While polite and prompt , service staff should pay attention to specifics that are asked with a meal in room service . No point running back and getting it , however quick .

There was nothing to dislike

Raima at the Reception was exceptionally warm and assisted me beyond check out as well. Truly a hospitality superstar in the making

Breakfast had the variety but the quality was not up to the mark. The spread was cold on both days, the croissants section did not seem fresh.

Food can be better. Inclusive lunch or dinner was average.

Breakfast was ok but salad and dressing were very limited. Perhaps it is oriented to local Indian guests and not so much for foreigners.

The staff at this hotel is extremely warm and hospitable to the guests! Food is delicious!

Lighting in the rooms could be better. Placement of dishes at breakfast ( buffet) could be more organized! Carpet in the banquet hall needs cleaning and sprucing up!

Excellent location. Very well run hotel with efficient and helpful staff. Rooms ckean and comfortable. Varied food menu.

Nothing, really.

I had an important business meeting early in the morning and I had arrived earlier than expected. The hotel was sold out when I tried to check-in, however, the extremely courteous reception staff problem-solved for me. They allowed me to use the spa to freshen up for my meeting, and then stored my luggage till the room became available; Once I was back from the meeting, my luggage was safely in my room waiting for me. 10/10 service, saved my behind in an outstanding way. Love you guys!

Nothing in particular, but if I have to nitpick, the breakfast could have been a little better. I guess it has more to do with the layout of the dining area than the food itself.
