I have upgraded and am able to check in early at 12 pm. right after the flight. The wifi was fast and stable. Slippers was a bonus. Some fruits and couple bottles of water. The apartment was clean, and all equipment was up to date.

Clean, spacious apartment. Lovely decor, set up, you have everything you need, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher. We're provided with dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, tea, coffee, salt, pepper, bowl of fruit and bottles of water. Room is quiet if you close the shuttle. Host was friendly and helpful. The location is prefect. Taxi stop right outside, easy to catch a taxi. Enter the building and the apartment with security code, no need to carry a card/key which is convenient.

Joao was very nice.Also the ladys cleaning there. The Appartement is clean..cozy and located in the centre.Elevator is top and bathroom is huge.tudo perfeito.we had a great experience. Got a bowl of fruits and water and all...so sweet!!

The tram is in front of the Windows so its pretty loud when Windows open but pretty quiet when they are closed. I think the sofa is not good and comfy enough to sleep on it.

I could not fault this apartment, perfect location and absolutely gorgeous and spotless clean!! Stayed in the biggest 3 bed apartment! Bedrooms, sitting room and bathrooms all huge! Two bedrooms were ensuite and a huge main bathroom which was ideal for 5 girls sharing! The apartment could sleep 8 or more! Excellent host 🙂

Great stay with this property. It was very clean, had very nice modern bathrooms (with heated floors and a TV in the master bath), central location, and great customer service. JP provided us with recommendations and made us a reservation at a Fado restaurant and he even dropped off a bottle of champagne to celebrate our friends birthday. There is a cleaning service that comes every few days and AC!

This apartment sits close to a busy road so there is some road noise but it wasn’t bothersome.

Location was perfect and the apartment was fitted with all the amenities that we required. Arranged transport to and from the airport was convenient.

The shower was a little funky as water escaped quite easily even if you tried to prevent it.

super quiet we were in the rooftop apartment. very clean & staff were efficient & always available. sent us long list of things to do in Lisbon sci b was a nice touch.

The apartemnts were clean, bright with a few mod cons. Based just beside Bairro Alto perfect location for our group.

The property location is very good and facilities are excellent. But the check in experience was less satisfactory. I still wonder why the host did not provide me with the access code automatically the day before we moved in, instead sending us emails to warn us that you had no office on site. I was warned not to be able to get into the property on the day if I could not arrive by 5pm, despite I had an assurance from a staff member over the phone three days ago. It was confusing. I am sure you would understand that customers who pay for staying in a luxury apartment do not want that! You should not created an anxiety to your customers from the time they have made the booking, instead you should explain them what they should do if they arrive out of your working hours.

The guy contacted us beforehand and was very nice about where to meet an show to meet him. He was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.

There was not much we didn’t like - if I had to say anything it would be there could be a few more pillows in the rooms. But everything was great and the house was very clean!

We were met at the front door by Bernardo after getting out of the shuttle from the airport. He gave us the codes to enter the building and our rooms but we were early and had to wait two hours for cleaning to finish. Bernardo walked us to a restaurant nearby to get lunch while we waited. The apartment was roomy and perfect for our family of seven. It was clean and modern and the location was perfect for walking to many restaurants and sites.

The apartment was great with lots of room for three kids and four adults but the key pad to enter the building from the rear stopped working the first day. Then the key pad to the front entrance worked off and on.
