Comfortable bed, good location, good working air-condition, enough storage, washing machine.

Low water pressure, no oven in the kitchen, no cleaning products to clean bathroom or kitchen.

Everything was good, apartment clean and good equiped. I really recommend apartment 203, very nice view -sunset and the sea. Few minutes walking to the nearest beach, 2 minutes from bus stop from where you can go to other beautifull beaches (Coral Bay).

Beautiful views! Amazing terrace, friendly cats and Great localization. The stay would be easier and nicer with some facilities like soap, trash bags, washing powder, salt and sugar, some spices in the kitchen. Definitely recommend it!

Wonderful apartment for weekend or long stay. Perfect spot for privacy and easy access to the beach and exploring archaeology sites.

Nice view from the balcony. You can see the sea and the place is quiet. Everything is provided in the kitchen ( only cutting board is missing ). The room are clean and towels smells good :) There is a shopping mall close and restaurants and a bus stop

The air condition in the bedroom was set up for a too higher temperature. Was not enough cool. Would be great to have a swimming pool with the hot weather in June.

the road to reach the apartment is without asphalt but it is just a short piece of road.

Very simple spacious studio, with balcony. Its located on the border of archeological site Nea paphos, with the view to the roman odeon ,lighthouse and sea. A lot of restaurants and mini shops are located 100 m from the apartments. 2 beaches are located 5 minutes walking distance. (lighthouse beach and kefalos beach ) Other beaches are few minutes car drive or with bus ( bus stop 100m from apartments) or 15- 20 minutes walk. (venus beach) For us was a beautiful place for holiday because we feel like at home. And a beautiful and friendly cats was around apartments.

Location is very good. Close to a beach and to the center.

We booked this appartement for sea view, as they adverised, but we didn't had. In this appartament only uppstair rooms have it. The appartement itself is in a very poor condition: rotten waIls, no water pressure - the water is more running a bit, than flowing normally, the cloth dryer is full with rusty, can't hanged out any towel, swimming suit, there is no insect net on the windows, which means, all types of insects come to the room. In the night it is impossible to sleep because of mosquitos. The apartman is not reccomended to families as the electrical appliance is dangerous. We did our complaint to the landlord, who 1st offered another appartament for part time of our stay, than after heavy pressure, they changed for the whole period of our stay, but until their answer 4 days passed from our holiday. So we requested partial refund which they didn't do. We did our complaint to booking as well, talked to at least 3 customer service agents, but with our request we failed as well.

There was a problem with the shower and after reporting it in 1day they solved the problem

Unfortunately it was quite cold in Cyprus and we could only heat with the AC but that is ok,at least we had something :)

There was no hot water. Water gets slightly warm only if there is sun outside. The duvet had stains and didn't look fresh.

The view is absolutely amazing, we would definitely come back for it! Also the location is great, walking distance to the coastline road where you can see the sun set into the sea and from the harbor and restaurants, yet it's far away enough so it's quite. The room is just like in the photos and it was clean - not the most modern but it has everything you need and the view honestly is hard to beat. It's also very close to the mall, which is very useful, and the bus station.

All was fine. The Host was helpful and polite, the place is great, cats are very cute, sea and views are wonderful.

The toilet in second floor - not always comfortable to use. And the cooker was a little bit slowly.

Once the internet was fixed , (not the owners fault) it was ok.

Property looked a little tired and worn , Needs redecorating. Metal kitchen chairs on a tiled floor doesn't go well. Water pressure for the shower was low.

Wery well located, spacious and many cats (a plus for me).

We were provided with the key safe code well in advance. The management company responded within minutes when I emailed to ask how to open the windows. (They had locks that we had never seen before) The rooms were a lovely size, and were bright and airy. We requested extra time on the day we left and were given permission to stay with no extra charge which was nice.

There is a short gravel road to the property, with a gravel car park directly opposite the front patio. The patio furniture was very small and uncomfortable. What with the immediate view and the furniture, sitting out to enjoy a glass of wine early evening wasn’t really on the cards. The rear patio is wonderfully sunny in the mornings, but there was no furniture to sit out - the view from the rear was of the archeological site and lighthouse. Our main disappointment was that although we were there for 12 nights, we didn’t have any service. We really needed clean towels, toilet paper and bin bags. I did email but had no response to that request. The metal bed frame squeaks like crazy!

Very clean and big room. I find the location pretty good, with beach, mall and restaurants very close by.

Would have been nice if a bar of soap had been left to wash hands. It had dish washing detergent though. I struggled a bit to sleep on the mattress, but that might be more of a personal preference.
