Filthy carpet,dishwasher broken,air-conditioning didn't work,exposed light bulbs no fittings,door handle to bedroom broken and locked me out of the room,paid for reserved parking when when multiple spots were available every night,had to plead for a toaster to bought to the room as it wasn't supplied, claimed it was a serviced room when no service was supplied in the 5 day stay not even replacement coffee and sugar. Maintenance of the apartment was non existent. Had a phone to reception that didn't work.Rang their advertised number and got an overseas call centre. Bedside lamp didn't have anywhere to plug in,just as well because it didn't have a bulb.If you want a one star accommodation at a four star price this is the place for you.

It was quite a walk from collecting the keys up to the apartment particularly with heavy cases

Not luxury as described. Apartment was dirty, under equipped, holes in the walls, toilets made noises, stains all over the carpet, not vacuumed, reverse cycle only worked on cold, torn blinds, stains on towels & surfaces, doors, switches not cleaned.

good location, good facility, separate bathrooms for each bedroom, clean and tidy.

the bathroom light in one of the bedrooms were not working.

Enough room for all of us so that was great.

I think the carpet could of been a bit cleaner, was marks everywhere.

Great size 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. location was good, and pretty good value for money.

Lacks maintenance. Things were broken and no outdoor furniture on patio, and no dishwasher, not cool for a family.

heaps of space, short distances to city and restaurants, friendly staff

No smart TV to allow apps to be installed ie Netflix, watched my shows on my phone! carpets stained, not enough utensils, uncomfortable couch old style, price of a car space is high considering the car park was nearly empty every night

The apartment was spacious and inviting. It was very comfortable for two friends to stay in.

The oven, exhaust fan and a gas burner on the stove top in the kitchen didn’t work properly. The mattress was too firm.

The cleanliness was not ok. The carpet was gross (needs replacing or a serious deep clean). The dishwasher was out of order (based on the rust and the odor had been for some time). The whole apartment had a terrible smell. The shower rose would not stay up. When I phoned about the issue I was told someone would call me back.... nothing. When we checked out I told them again and was told someone would email me.... nothing. Additional fees for paying by credit card and for carparking.

Spacious and comfortable unit close to transport corridor, shops, restaurants and cinemas.

Just a small thing, but inconvenient; the shower head in the main bathroom did not fit properly in its space, which made having a shower awkward and messy, the spray faced the back wall.
