Nestled in the heart of the serene countryside, this charming vacation resort exceeded all our expectations and provided an unforgettable getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the picturesque surroundings and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The accommodations were beautifully appointed, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. Our room was spotless and tastefully decorated, offering all the amenities we could have hoped for. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after days filled with exploration and relaxation. One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning natural beauty that surrounded the resort. We spent our days wandering through lush gardens, taking leisurely strolls along scenic trails, and enjoying breathtaking views of the rolling hills and countryside. The tranquility of the location provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The resort staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. From recommending local attractions to providing insider tips on the best places to eat and visit, especially the help for planning trips to Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Mountains, their hospitality added a personal touch that made our experience truly special. This vacation resort is a hidden gem that offers a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and relaxation. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the wonderful memories made during our stay. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and look forward to returning in the future.

The property is owned and operated by a family, and they go above and beyond for service. Very good communication though they only know Mandarin, so have a translator app available if needed. When we arrived the taxi took us to the wrong location, we called owners and they came to pick us up right away. We stayed in one of the treehouses. Feels like you are in the middle of bamboo forest, with very pleasant nature sounds and running water. AC available in the bedroom runs better than any other Hotel we’ve been in in China. Even though full glass walls, has natural growth for privacy plus curtains in the bedroom. For dining they have their own onsite restaurant, and can eat in their dining room as well as outside on a couple tables. Dishes are typical for the region, and are at standard prices (no price gouging since there are not other options nearby) and additionally very well done and tasty beyond average. There is a wash machine onsite, no dryer. With humidity need to hang clothing out to dry outside in the sun or may not fully dry indoors. We are very pleased with the trip, the location (4.5km from middle ZhangJiaJie park entrance), customer service, accommodations and friendliness. If we ever make our way back to ZhangJiaJie we will be staying here again.

Это отель на форме. В деревне. Оооочень тихо. Красиво. До посёлка 15 мин на такси. Хозяева фантастические! Ты не клиент, ты гость! Очень приятные люди, заботятся о комфорте. Помогают с планированием помещений парка, бронируйте билеты, заказывают такси. По-английскине говорят, но хорошо пользуются переводчиком. Очень вкусно готовят. Все продукты с их фермы, эко, фреш и все такое. Мы в восторге. До ближайших вопли в парк трансфер бесплатно, кстати. Гостеприимство хозяев-неописуемое!

Если вам нужно жить в пешей доступности от кафе и магазинов- вам не сюда. Других минусов нет, да и это минус не для всех( для нас это был плюс)

The fields around the house were nice and the owners took our kids to pick some of the veggies and fruits themselves. They also loved playing with the cats, 2 adults and 4 baby cats.

We simply liked everything. I contacted the owner through WeChat before and he helped organizing transportation from the airport to the hotel and was really kind in answering all kind of questions. When we arrived he arranged a group chat with his staff which was great for communication. The redone farmhouse is a beautiful estate at the foot of the mountains. It is 3.5 km away from the South East gate of the park which is a rather quiet entrance gate. They drove us to the gate every morning and picked us up when we wanted to come back from the park. The view of the estate is breathtaking, it is quiet, the kids could run around freely and we had lovely home cooked dinners on the terrace. The rooms are spacious, the beds are really comfortable and everyone was really helpful and friendly. Breakfast is Chinese style. They provided fruits every morning and made the room every day! While we were there they started also building a new swimming pool which should be ready to use by July :)

Wonderful location set in the mountains just outside the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. It really felt like a mountain getaway. The location was very convenient to access the southeast gate of the park each day and they provided free transportation to and from the gate. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the hotel provided free toiletries, snacks and drinks in the room every day. The food was local and delicious and we were able to enjoy the fantastic views and nature while dining outside when the weather cooperated. Beyond the location and facilities, what makes this place special are the people working there. They were very friendly, helpful and truly made us feel like we were old friends coming to stay with them right from the start. If you want an authentic and local experience to go along with your trip to Zhangjiajie we cannot recommend this place enough!

Location was idyllic, surrounded by rural nature, we ate outside, we were well taken care of (asked what we’d like to eat for dinner etc). We used the hotel transport for airport transfers and to go to Tianmenshan.

Hot water wasn’t stable in the bath.
