The owner and the cleanliness of the place.

The owners are extra nice. They help us a lot planning our trip. They speak English which is very convenient.

Rebecca and Tony were both really welcoming, friendly and helpful! The room and guesthouse was really clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated with added little touches like beautiful paintings on the walls, great hair dryer and bottles of shampoo and body wash in the bathroom, use of washing machine. We were really impressed with the bathroom - best shower ever - and the beds were really comfortable with cosy blankets for the cooler nights. The location is also hard to beat, with only a 5 minute to the entrance of the national park, and a short walk to good food and the main road in town. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

The Hotel is very good nice location. Mr.Tony is very good speak in English which is very import in such location and he gave the complete guideline for tour with right way plan to save your time. Also note, Hunan province normal people does not speak and understand the english or any other language so you have need very strong helpful man like Mr.Tony, So this is best decision to Stay Easy hotel with Tony. If need Tony arrange the pick up & drop facilites to Airport in any time.

Breakfast is regular traditional Chines food.
