Neighbourhood may not be safe after dark. Staff doesn't speak English.

It's not too far from Mexico City's Centro. Still, the accessibility, location of the accommodation, surrounding environment, and value for money are all excellent.

The whole room was super nice and clean. The bathroom is okay too (the only thing I didn't like was no partition wall or barrier or whatever between the shower and the toilet, just a curtain, so when you take a shower, the bathroom floor gets wet). The overall hotel design is attractive. The WiFi was okay too.

The first night was misleading -- everything was quiet, so we slept really well -- but the second night was so monstrous that I doubted the reality: how could the place change soooo dramatically?! The people working in the hotel produced so very much noise in the night!! Seriously?! Was I staying in a hotel or at someone's own house?! They literally rumbled and rattled with some metallic bowls or something. More than that, when it was around noon, some of them turned on music in that 'staff only' room at full volume, the sound was even wheezing! I do not believe this is what should happen in a hotel that respects its guests. So take this fact into consideration when you decide to stay here -- your sleeping and getting some rest might be seriously disturbed at any time of the day.

Impersonal hotel in a neighborhood I would not want to stay in for longer

It is quite near to the airport by taxi.

The walls are really thin. Probably next door a brothel is functioning, we couldn`t sleep whole night because of the noises and red light. Also at first, we got a key to a room what was already occupied, staff really doesn`t care what`s going on in the hotel.

Clean and big room, great location close to plaza and an amazing clothes market. Staff were friendly, could sore bags before and after check in safely. Would recommend, one of the better hotels in Mexico city centre
