The light in the room is not working. And the elevator light is flickering.

Prime location. nearby to all like Malls, food stall, atm, and MCDO which is across from the Property.

WiFi's great! Super clean and comfortable too! We found pretty much everything we needed! Nice place to relax!

Not that I didn't like, but I think the shower could've been warmer.

Simple and functional studio in a big appartment complex. With a good comfortable mattress (160cm)and 4 pillows! 5 to 10 minute walk to the shops and food outlets. Wi-fi works fairly well. Fridge, microwave and warm water for the shower.

The blanket for the bed wasn't big enough so my husband and I were fighting over it during the night so another blanket would have been good. The whole studio is outdated, the comfortable mattress being the best bit about it. You can hear the traffic from the main road so if you're a light sleeper then this isn't suitable, unless you're very tired like we were on the first night after being in a plane for 18 hrs! It's fairly cheap so I guess you get what you pay for...

Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The unit was spacious. Towels were clean and smelled good. Ms. Cathy was accommodating and quick to respond to our concerns.

Some of the kitchen utensils are kind of rusty already.

Love the place itself. Convenient place.

Maybe have some additional confirmation to guests para aware sila and they feel accommodated after the booking is confirmed

1. Sink is clogged inside the rest room 2. Broken kitchen wares 3. Some furniture tops including fridge and microwave haven't seen duster for a while. 4. The room is gloomy. Beddings are too cheap. 5. Dust under the bed have been untouched. 6. I think this unit is overrated. And owner have become complacent because of the favorable reviews they've been getting. 7. And the security guards at the lobby have very poor customer service skills. Just rude.

Love the location n close to everything we needed. I'm surprised about the cost of buying a small suitcase for travel. 5 × less cheaper than in Cebu. P7500 there n in Tagaytay only P 2700

Only thing I didn't like was the floor in the cr. If wet very slippery n I fall down after I step out of the shower n land on my back.
