The property was absolutely immaculate. The location was peaceful and secluded. Views were beautiful 😍 would highly recommend that you follow the property managers instructions on how to get there. We got their first time around while our GPS was telling us to go an hour away. Would recommend anyone to go here ❤️❤️

The cabin was awesome with a pretty good view! The only thing wrong was the pool table was pretty uneven making it unplayable unfortunately. We still had a fantastic time nonetheless!!

Overall, the cabin was fine. Suited our needs as a place to relax when we weren’t out hiking. However, most things in the cabin are very dated. The dishwasher didn’t actually clean any of the dishes so I ended up having to do all of them by hand the night before we checked out. And the stopper for the sink doesn’t work so you can’t even fill with water to do dishes. The microwave looks like it’s about to fall off its mount and it’s at an angle downward so be careful if you put liquid in there. If you plan to do any cooking at the cabin, you may want to bring all of your own things because not much is provided. What is provided doesn’t work very well. There aren’t any “extra” amenities we’ve found in other VRBOs like cooking spices or games. The jets in the hot tub also didn’t work well. Like I said, it suited our needs for the week fine, but definitely not quite what I expected from the description of the cabin.

The cabin is a little outdated. But overall great little place. Easy checkin and checkout process. Would stay here again!

Check in and out was easy and simple. They communicated very well and wanted feedback of the stay. The cabin is beautiful and sight is amazing. Hot tub and jacuzzi works perfectly. Plenty of hot water for the jacuzzi. In the past at other cabins I’ve had trouble having enough hot water. Had plenty of towels for the whole weekend. The pool table is in great shape. My kids loved sitting in the recliner in the living room so that was a good choice to put that in there! I absolutely loved that the kids beds were upstairs and the spiral staircase is true ly fascinating!

Cabin was beautiful and in a beautiful spot. However, was hard to find. The directions need to be changed to go to Pinnacle Vista then go to go to cabin.

We arrived late evening & I got us unloaded, we didn’t look through everything due to we were tired from traveling. Our bed was unsleepable due to mattress sand in middle really bad. Couch pullout bar bar came through that mattress. I took mattress off of sofa & laid in floor & I contacted property. They offered to move us to different cabin, which was very nice. However with my husband just having back surgery we decided to stay put instead of me repacking & loading car again. The next day we decided to play pool & the game which was listed on rental property…all the balls rolled to one side extremely bad, arcade game didn’t work at all, bar of stair case screws that hold it on were off, only 2 jets worked in jacuzzi. I let property know, they just sounded aggravated & said well they offered us a different cabin. At time we didn’t know about everything else. Problem is that if you advertise things then people expect that. I went back to read some reviews today & found out they have been repeatedly told about mattress on bed & other items & have done nothing. Us along with others should’ve a Lt least got some type of reimbursement for those things.
