Ubicación muy céntrica. Piso agradable y bastante limpio.

A las cinco de la mañana de uno de los días empezó a llover y había una gotera enorme en el techo justo al pie de la cama. Menos mal que solo duró como media hora. No había fregona ni trapos, así que lo solucionamos con toallas, que no nos repusieron. En cualquier caso, les avisamos y lo único que hicieron fue pedirnos fotos o un video. Estaba claro que ya lo sabían porque el suelo de madera estaba ya levantado cuando llegamos. Incomprensible. Por otro lado, la cafetera que dicen tener en la publicidad es una de esas de émbolo y cristal y plástico. Un chasco, la verdad, porque para nosotros la cafetera es muy importante (tanto que nuestra decisión final se basó en ofrecer ese servicio). El horno tampoco funcionaba. Por último, unos cutres con los artículos de baño: una botellita de champú, gel y crema, de un solo uso para una persona, cuando éramos cuatro e íbamos a estar cinco días. No creo que sea para decir que hay artículos de aseo gratis, como dicen en la página.

Spazi ampi e accoglienti, ambienti puliti e curati, c’è tutto il necessario, calda e confortevole.

The location and all the facilitates of the apartment were great

The bed was uncomfortable for two people, the mattress sinks in the middle . The first night was raining a lot and there were some leaks over the bed

It was close to the tube and there were a variety of food choices near by.

A number of items at this location make it obvious that this group is more interested in money than comfort. In the bedroom the mattress is extremely warn and you could feel the springs in your back. There was also a severe sag in the middle of the bed which we later discovered was because the boards under the bed were broken. Based on the dust bunnies is appears this is an area they do not often clean. It also appears there was a water leak at one time that damaged the floor near the bed which not has a raised floor panel aka tripping hazard. The noise is absolutely terrible from the tube! If you have any issues sleeping with noise this is not the location to stay! Whether you are trying to talk to someone, watch tv or sleep you just couldn’t find a moment of peace.

Location, elevator, proximity to public transit and grocery, washer/dryer, French press and electric kettle, calm neighborhood

We were there during a heat wave, so it got a bit hot on the fourth floor, but we just opened the windows which cooled it down some. The train runs near constantly right next to the building but it never woke us up.

The apartment is in a good location. Close access to buses and underground. It had a good kitchen and bathroom.

The bed was not suitable and should be replaced. Hard to sleep. The traffic noise (all through the night) was far more than expected. Difficult to hear the tv. It was not air conditioned and the two fans were not able to compensate.

Great location, clean throughout, and fantastic facilities. The heating was quick to work and easy to use. Bedding/towels supplied were very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the property, a fair few steps to climb to the flat, but there is an elevator to use. Situated only a few minutes away from main bus routes and express supermarkets. Would definitely stay in this property again.

My party didn't bring toiletries as it said these were supplied, there was one travel sized soap, shampoo and conditioner & no shower gel, so not enough for everyone. Also, the tap has been adjusted so you are unable to take a bath which was a shame after a day of walking! The double mattress is very springy and could do with replacing. The sofa bed is a bit grubby in places and fairly hard to sleep on. The trains pass the flat constantly, the noise didn't bother my party at all, but those who are light sleepers would find it an issue.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The facilities were perfect for a stay in London. There was plenty of room and we were greeted with a welcome pack for tea and coffee. There's a couple of local shops close by for food and the tube is minutes away.
