Rooms are dirty and beds are really uncomfortable

Great location, great staff, I'd stay again at this hostel.

Número 1 la hostilidad, en el recibidor desde que llegas te sientes en casa, estuvo agradable saber que puedes dejar tu equipaje el día de tu visita sin costo adicional, además la ubicación es excelente. Las habitaciones son bastante espaciosas y buen iluminadas, tiene varios letreros sobre actividades, tours por la ciudad. Definitivamente lo volveré a rentar cuando esté en Londres

Habitaciones con demasiados huéspedes. Hay al menos 10 por habitación, la infraestructura es buena, pero tantas personas dificultan el descanso.

La ubicación, queda literalmente a la vuelta del museo británico y se puede ir a muchas de las atracciones principales caminando o en transporte público, hay comercios cerca y tenes todo a mano, la zona es segura de día y de noche. A 1 cuadra hay una plaza. A 2 cuadras pasan los buses. A 4 pasa el subte. La habitación tenía ventana a la calle que para ventilar estaba muy bien pero los findes se escucha todo lo que pasa afuera, nada que no se pueda contemplar, con todo lo que caminas, dormis sin drama igual. 100% recomendable para mujeres que viajan solas como fue mi caso.

Se sube todo por escaleras, pero viajando con solo carry on no pasa nada.

Beds were tilted (hole between the bed and the wall), usb charging station at the beds didn’t work.

It was very close to Ofxord street, metro, British museum, location was great

Well, the bunk beds were very uncomfortable, they make very noisy sounds when someone turns during sleep, the rooms are not spacious, if one were to open the luggage there is not enough space and it makes others uncomfortable because of the noise as well.

Nice position

I asked to move my date, they replyed that was not possible even if my flight was canceled, I booked another day in this hostel even if I was a bit disappointed... Anyway I will not book it anymore

Good location

The room we got was located in the second building, there is no kitchen, no chill area in this building ... so you have to go to the maine building if you want to coock or chill (maybe the hostel has to mention it proprely on booking.com)+ The room was on the ground floor with à toilet view ... When we visited London, it was 35 degrees... so we had 2 options, keep the window close with no air inside or open the window and have all the bad smell...
