The apartment was lovely, everything was very new and immaculately clean. Serena the host was very nice and helpful. The pool area and gardens were also immaculate and very comfortable.

Nothing to do with the property but as I was travelling alone I would have preferred more choice of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The apartments are clean and renovated.The pool is also super cleand and nice. The rooms are big and every apartment has an own terracy. The stuff is also super friendly. You reach the beach in 8mins by car and Lucca and Pisa in 30mins by car.

The bed matracy is not comfortable at all. The bed need a new matracy.

Great location for the surrounding Sightseeing (Cinque Terre, Pisa, Luca, Carrara,...) and going to the beach or making day trips to explore the Tuscany hills.. Pasta factory nearby. Very supportive and kind staff. Everything super clean. Fully equipped kitchen to make even the most delicate food. Also you can use the outside grills. The pool was that nice that the children used it even in spring (it was a little bit chill outside :) ) We even had a private backyard. Serena welcomed us very warm and helped us. Really nice and pleasant stay. We stayed here with two kids for just 5 days, we wish we had more time.

There's really nothing negative about this stay.

Apartment was super clean, well decorated, great private parking. Option to do a BBQ and swimming pool were available. The host was absolutely amazing!

Would have preferred a rain shower and some basic amenties like salt, pepper etc already stored or the option to buy a kit. TV was small.

appartement new and well set up, the private terrace, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, nice pool with chairs, towels provided for the pool, portal for safety to the property, very friendly staff, provided with everything needed for kids in the apartment (high chair, crib, safety barrier for bed)

a little corner for kids would be great, laying chair on the private terrace where missing (the owner gave us one) , bathroom with no bathtub (missing when traveling with a baby)

We had a wonderful stay and the owner Serena was incredible. The houses have a lot of space, great for families, very comfy and nice decoration that makes you feel at home. And Serena is always available whenever you need something: very friendly, professional. We can fully recommend this house and will never forget our stay!! Thanks for a wonderful stay
