The condo is right on the beach and the beach and pool are beautiful. The condo needs to be painted and several places in sheet rock need to be fixed. We had issues with the toilet and both bathroom sinks the first night (Sat) we were there and maintenance didn’t do anything until Thursday. It could have been cleaner. Also, the couches are 2 feet off the floor. Very hard to get up from them. Would stay in this building again, but not in this condo.

Spent a week here and absolutely loved it. We usually stay at Moonspinner to avoid crowds, and this place was spot on. Not too many people, very clean, lots of beach and pool room.

Great place and easy to secure. Location to beach is awesome.

We stayed here May 7-13th on a friends annual trip. Overall the room, the view, the simplicity of the room was amazing. Perfect location to a quick drive everywhere. Rooms were spacious and away from the main living area. As much as we enjoyed it, the cleanliness of the room was not where it should’ve been. Just a little note to the property manager you may wanna get a different cleaning crew. We will defiantly be back though!

Fantastic views from the large balcony had us out there hours every day. 3 pools to choose from and the beach steps away made for a beautiful vacation. Would definitely come back again!

We rented this property for a month. The condo was perfect, the building and facilities spotless and perfect, the owners were perfect, our month was perfect. We needed a couple things fixed…toaster, coffee maker, and had a couple questions about stuff…reached out to Manal and within seconds it was taken care of! Probably the best communication I’ve ever experienced in rental unit!!! And I use vrbo and others often!! Thank you Manal!

Great location, clean and spot on!! Construction on neighboring condo very noisy and annoying!! Shower head in master bath has small leak… toilet and shower head very low!! Sofas too low to floor… difficult for middle age folks to get up!! However we WILL return and stay there again!!!

We stayed a bit over a month and really enjoyed the area. Our host was exceptional in every way. The condo was top notch. The elevator location was good for us because of our aging mother, get off elevator and short walk to room. I can't say enough good things about our host, she will return your call/message immediately. There was some construction, did not bother us because we were busy having fun. Security is the best, parking is great, get out of your car and jump on some very quick elevators. We have stayed in Myrtle Beach, and most of the east coast, including the Key's. I do believe PCB sand is the best, white and very clean. Look forward to staying again.

I took my daughters to the beach for Christmas. We had stayed in another unit in this building with the same owner. This unit was not up to par. The cabinet door and drawer was coming off the counter area by the bathroom in the master bedroom. One of the drawers was FULL of long black hair. The door to the master bedroom was off the hinges at the top. The master bath shower handle would not stay in place and would continue to get hotter during a shower. The removable shower head didn't work at all. The sink in the second bedroom's stopper was stuck and wouldn't drain. The lamp by the couch was missing it switch to turn it on. There were no plug ins for the lamps beside the bed in the second bedroom. This doesn't even touch the couch that was so low to the ground you were basically sitting on the floor or the fact that the coffee table had parts of particle board showing. It wasn't anything huge it was the continual disappointed of one more thing not working or up to par in this unit.

Manual was accessible to answer questions as needed. The location has a gorgeous view of the ocean and the condo was clean and fully stocked with anything we may need.

Can’t rave enough about the exceptional service at the beach bar located by the pool! The room was great. A few things I noticed during my stay, but didn’t effect my trip any. The upkeep needs to be better on the unit but the property manager always responded in a very timely fashion and was extremely polite. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, but like I said just a few things that could have been better or maintained more often. Beautiful view and very clean property!

We have enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is great, the views from the balcony were exceptional, and the rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the living room was comfortable. We have enjoyed cooking and eating as a family. The kitchen was well equipped. The place was clean, and they even had beach chairs and umbrellas. Very nice place, with easy access to the beach, and the pool was extra bounce. The only thing that can be better is the master bedroom show head needs to be replaced. You will see some ceiling painting that needs repairs but is minimal. WE LOVE THE PLACE, and if we are back in Panama City, that where we would stay again.

The furniture in the living room is very low but comfortable so heads up if you have bad knees. There were a few places that needed repair, mostly humidity related, but nothing major. The property is absolutely beautiful & very well maintained. Fast elevators. Manal was absolutely fantastic. She answered any questions I had & was so sweet & friendly. We will be booking this condo again & again!

This was our first time using a VRBO, I loved it. It was great. My only thing was I was unaware of not knowing that we needed to get our own toilet paper, paper towels, and small things like that.. but very clean and will recommend to many friends. You can tell it was dated, the oven drawer was broke, some of the cabinets are whacky, and just small things that could have been redone. We couldn’t find extra bedding for the twin beds they had in storage, so we had to turn the AC up to stay warm. All and all, it was a great place. The bar below was great too (a little pricey, but super yummy). 12/10

We also enjoyed the more laid back and quiet atmosphere of east PCB. Way less congestion and less “spring breakers”.
