Attractive, spacious apartment with lots of natural light. Large, comfortable bed, and the best pillows I encountered during 2 weeks in Sardinia. Superb location in an attractive neighborhood convenient for shopping, sights, and restaurants. It is also just a couple of blocks from the train that whisks you to and from the airport, you won’t need a cab. Management was very cooperative in providing the early check-in and late check-out we needed.

The AC was hardly functioning during our visit, and it was pretty hot. Fortunately they also provide a fan, which made it just manageable. I imagine they will address this problem. WiFi was sporadic. It worked on the day we arrived; the next day we could not get it to work no matter what we tried: resetting the modem and devices, etc. The third day when we woke up, and it worked! The dining chairs need to be replaced, they are hellishly uncomfortable to sit in and a couple of them seem about to break.

The location is great, everything is a 5-10 minute walk to a harbor and restaurants. Also, the apartment complex is clean and has an elevator but strange that the elevator doesn't start from the ground floor. The elevator starts from the 1st floor and not on the ground floor.

1. There were two separate big beds but the major downside was that only one bed had a good mattress and the other one was terrible. The thing is we booked this hotel with two separate beds but only one bed was made. So we had to contact them to make the bed but instead, they just left the bed sheets and left. My colleague and I had to take turns switching beds because it was not pleasant to sleep on an uncomfortable mattress throughout the whole trip. None of us could actually sleep properly and had a terrible back. Because we are colleagues, we couldn't share a good bed together. Due to this, both my colleague and I had an uncomfortable experience. I would not come here again! 2. Also, on our 3rd day, we had a problem with the toilet. After one flush, it wouldn't stop flushing so we had to call for help. They said they fixed it, but then it happened again the next day. My colleague somehow fixed it but honestly, the toilet was also the secondary issue we had. 3. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to sound, you need an earplug. It felt like I was sleeping out in the streets. Even with earplugs, I could still hear street noise, but without my earplugs, I would have had trouble sleeping.

Location in the center, close to the main monuments and train and central bus stations. Check in even after 11 pm. Lot of restaurants nearby. Interesting apartment.

There is a reconstruction in progress at the opposite building and it is pretty noisy. But it is a temporary problem.

Everything was perfecto.

The location was great, easy to find parking, even the paid one was very affordable. Very well connected and walking distance from the port, lots of restaurants, stores, The bed was VERY comfortable! The apartment is spacious.

The floor was quite dirty, it clearly hadn't been vacuumed before our arrival. Be aware that the bedrooms are in a mezzanine, so there's not 100% privacy nor sound block (you will hear everything from all rooms, upstairs or downstairs), it wasn't much of a problem, but good to keep in mind.

Spacious and well looking living area, comfy couches, nice bathroom. Big and comfortable beds. Lots of amenities: hairdryer, Washer dryer, beach towels, dishwasher, coffee machine and many more. Two pairs of keys was a nice suprise because this is not often the standard. Perfect location near to the trains, buses, port, shops, restaurant and many attractions.

Small kitchen, no corkscrew. Internet doesn’t work but after whatsapp contact with the host problem was solved. There is problem with moisture and fungus at bathroom wall- there is gray stain. The building next door is under renovation and sometimes it was noisy when you wanted to sleep longer.
