Getting into the estate and also getting access to the lagoon was quite lengthy

everything is well build and clear …. Restaurant staff kudos to them and effectiveness thumbs-up

Personnel ie security staff not friendly and don’t furnish you with information, you have to dig them to get information they’re not user friendly at all.. to a point there was lot of surprises about the rules which they could have been communicated in tome to avoid confusion…. they act like you stay there and you know all the rules…

the property had cockroaches, I think it needs to be fumigated and something else the cleaning crew could had picked up, not the guest.

Affected by load shedding no backup, I have never paid to sleep out and experienced this😢 I had to check out midnight

Loadshedding was a problem but I can't blame the host. I wish the room could've accommodated my 4 year old son

False advertisement. Did not even stayed there the night.

1. It was difficult to navigate around the complex to look for the flat number around 10pm when we checked in during load shedding. 2. After a long and tiring 30 to 40 minutes driving around, we eventually got to the flat and the password given for the key was incorrect. We had to call for assistance and we were given 3 different passwords to try to open the key box.

I did not like the fact that my family could not use the aquarium for the 2 days particularly on our last day of checking out when we had all the time to swim but we were denied the opportunity. This was very frustrating for us not to swim on the last day. We could not swim on the first day when we checked in as well as on the second day due to work commitments that were keeping us away during the day. We only had the last day of our stay freely available for us to swim.

The place it's so beautiful, the beach it's clean and beautiful ,the apartment 😍 the view nje everything was 5star.
