La limpieza,la comodidad y sobre todo la amabilidad de Carmelo ,sin duda alguna un lugar para repetir!!!

The owner Carmelo and the cleaning staff were all really friendly. Plus Carmelo was very accommodating as he allowed us to hold onto our room until 4.30 even though checkout was 11am. The apartment itself and the building were spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and a huge balcony. Lots of hot water for showers. Safe and air-Con included. Main entrance gate was kept locked at all times which meant the accommodation was really secure, safe and private. Also the complex is very quiet with no loud music, parties or road noise. Short hill up to the complex but it is in an excellent location…. 2 mins to Hipodino; 2 mins to main bus station; 5 mins to beach and 5 mins to Commercial Centre. Can’t wait to return. Well what can I say perfection from arriving and being greeted by Carmelo who was a lovely host. There was a free safe and iron also English TV channels usually all services you would have to pay for. We had a free bottle of water,wine & chocolate bars in our room. The housekeeping was spotless I have never in all my stays had my room cleaned daily so it was nice to have fresh towels and a clean apartment. The apartments are modern fitted with everything you need comfortable beds and pillows and you get no noise from the lively centre so perfect if you're looking for a quiet holiday. Air conditioning was the best thing ever and such a bonus, the location is a short walk to beach and short walk to center so very central also only a little hill and no stairs 🎉 Thank you to all the staff hope to see you all soon

Good location, 10 mins from centre and 10 mins from beach. Short way up the hill so not too much effort. Good communication, good welcome, nice staff, clean, large balcony with own beds. Twin bedroom but mattress very comfortable. Safe and air con included. Great value

Tucked into the corner so not a great view in comparison to others. Basic facilities but enough to get by.

Nice room with good Balcony, air-con, nice shower with lot’s of hot water… Carmelo is great 10/10. Thank you and see you again 🙂

Everything was ok…

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was great value for money and the host was very attentive. Carmello the owner was very facilitating and available during our stay. He arranged a flexible check out time for us and allowed us to leave our luggage. He was very friendly and gave us good tips about the area. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. The rooms were cleaned daily. Our balcony had two sun loungers as well as a table and chairs. The room also had air conditioning. The apartments are in an ideal location, 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the main shopping centre with plenty of restaurants. The apartments are also a 2 minute walk from the bus station. Would highly recommend!

Waw, is amazing accomodation, the owner Carmello is great man very helpfull!! Lovely view from the appartment, just 5 min from bus station and beach. Sun on the terrace all day I love it !! Our stay at Monte Verde was such a pleasure. Rooms are clean and very spacious with really nice terrace. We spent only 2 nights but we enjoyed every minute of it. But the beat thing about Monte Verde is owner. Very helpful, always smiling and being nice. We recommend Monte Verde apartments and if we ever come back to the island we will sleep in Monte Verde again.

Not what I didn't like. But for people who like to sit around the pool. It is in the shade for most of the day.

Everything… Great host (10/10), Location was very good around 10 minutes from the beach, 6 mins to supermarket and 10 to main centre with restaurants/bars. Apartment Very clean and super comfy beds. Bathroom is nice and tidy with good shower, a good size balcony with sun loungers and table/chairs. Overall Very Good. Thanks again
