The area around the location was very good and the owner was very helpful. Everything was great , would love to stay there next time.

TIt's a bungalow where the ground floor is the residence of the proprietor and the first floor houses two guest houses along with terrace and a common area. We had booked one guest house. We got the following 1) our guest house had two rooms, one with AC and one without AC 2) Electric kettle 3) Dustbin 4) Western toilet with common bathroom 5) Geyser 6) 1 queen bed + 2 single beds with bedding 7) RO purified water 8) Plates, bowls, spoons and dishwasher 9) Free Wifi We were four adults and a dog and the space was more than enough for all of us. The room was pretty clean and all facilities were working. There's ample parking space in an empty ground beside the bungalow beneath the tree shade. Also it's an extremely peaceful place. The best bit was but the behaviour of the host, Mrunal Mhatre. He was always accessible, welcoming and extremely helpful. We had a great time and will always visit this place everytime we visit Alibag. The main attractions are within a driving distance.

1) The place is a bit inside from the main road. 2) There aren't any good restaurants nearby.

Settling of the bill. The bill was paid at the property but the receipt of the same is due from booking.com. Why? I am interested to see that the GST amount is paid to the Government of India.

Location was little inside but it’s worth. Homely feeling. Good arrangement for Breakfast / Lunch / dinner. We have to order they will arrange. Taste was good. They will also help you for local travel arranging Auto or Car. Owners family is very helpful. - Mrunal hats off to you

Mrinal and his family are very good people. Felt like staying at my own relative's place.

Overall stay was happy qnd had a nice time inside the place.

It was inside, roads were not good to reach inside.

location is probably the best in alibaug , centrally located access to 4 beaches withing 15 mins , large rooms , helpful owner , absolute value for the money i paid . i dont think i could have gotten better vlue for the money , also the property is close 1 minutes from main road yet extremely quiet and safe

Hot water is available 24hrs but not in shower - wish that an eazy mop is provided so we can clean when we want ( especeially needed when we stay for 3 days )
