Molto accogliente

Loved the apartment, the location, the parking, and the convenience. Very attractive modern space. Charming decor. Spotlessly clean. Just lovely in every way. If the owner(s) ever want to sell their beautiful place, please do let me know! We loved it so much--we would be very interested!

As described in the feedback on the listing by other clients, the apartment is located on the ground floor on a main street and can be very loud. Bring disposable foam earplugs if this is a concern. We loved the place so much, that any noise did not detract from our experience, and it did eventually quiet down in the later hours of the night and the early hours of the morning.

Wonderful stay. Roberta is an fantastic host. Communication is excellent, and she is available to answer all types of questions and make recommendations on places to visit and eat. The location is superb - walking distance to the center of Orvieto and all major attractions. The unit is well equipped with everything you could ask for. AC has 2 zones that can be run either separately or together - one is in the living area, and the other is in the bedroom which is very convenient if you want it very cool where you sleep. Entrance to private parking area is tight, but the street outside of it is wide enough that you can easily straighten out your car before driving in which is very helpful. And having dedicated parking in the middle of Orvieto is a perk not offered by many places - very convenient. Unit is also just outside the ZTL and easy to find. Highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Orvieto!!

The place is nice, clean, big and has everything you need. The owner was just beautiful. She help us with advicec what to see in the city. The city is so beautifull. A lot of thing to see. Totaly recomend.

Free parking, big house.

Very nice apartment with all the facilities you could need for any length of stay. Great location just out of the tourist track so it was nice and quiet.
