The location was lovely! It wasn't too far from our parking nor too far from the city center. It was challenging to drive to Orvieto given how old and tight the city is but our host gave us directions to the place and it was really helpful. Our host gave us great suggestions for where we should city see and what restaurants to try out. Our host booked us in a different room but was kind of enough to lower the price due to the room change which we really appreciated!

I wish there was a refrigerator in our room just to put groceries in. It would've been nice because we made our own breakfasts and sandwiches so it would've helped to have a fridge. But otherwise, it was a lovely and welcoming place!

Excellent location in the old town of Orvieto, super kind and helpful host, spacious room with comfortable bathroom, all recently restructured, etc. All in all, very pleasant stay, thank you!

A beautifully clean apartment in an amazing location. We were comfortable and had everything we needed in the apartment. The host was lovely and recommended a restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was great. Location was close to all sights and in a beautiful street.

Nothing to complain about!

The location is brilliant and the parking arrangements are superb in the parking lot at the entry of town. The room is big, comfortable, not fully new but quite acceptable. Very nice staff very flexible and friendly. For the size of the room, and the location, the price is very competitive.

The breakfast could be improved with fresher products and less pre packaged food. There was not that much variety. I also would have appreciated the possibility of getting a second pair of keys.

Jasmin and Ludovica are wonderful hosts - they were extremely helpful and made sure we had a nice experience. Great breakfast in the morning with a broad choice of items. Thank you! :-) Very convenient location -- all attractions are within a short walking distance. I only wish we could have had more time and stay longer. We hope to return again in the future.

Very modern room ( and bathroom) in a historic building with beautiful exposed beams/floors. Close to everything in a very nice town. Really nice breakfast... more than we expected. There was a secures place in the lobby to store our two touring bicycles too. And we got a very good restaurant recommendation.
