A little bit noisy but we didn't mind.

Cute apartment located in central Orvieto close to amazing restaurants. The host was very helpful in getting keys to us despite the fact that our arrival was very delayed due to train issues in Rome.

Everything was great - we would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Orvieto!

great location! the Thursday Market set up in the square right behind the building! And everything is so close by. There’s a great coffee shop in the square and the restaurant across the square is excellent with very reasonable prices.

for those of us who are not very tall, a small step stool would have helped to get up to the higher cabinets to get the water heater pot. had to use a chair. otherwise, a great place in a great location.

Very clean and comfortable

Communication was not good. I didn't expect that the town is at top of hill and you need to take a furnicular ride and another 10 minutes walk to teach the property.

Gianpaolo was waiting for us when we arrived and helped us to get settled. He also gave us great advice on restaurants, bars and groceries nearby. The room was clean and nicely decorated. It had a well supplied kitchenette. It was on the ground floor, so no stairs to have to haul luggage up. The bathroom was spacious with a nice shower and the bedroom was large with a firm but comfortable enough bed.

The Wi-Fi was pretty weak. The bed was pretty good but could have been more comfortable making a very nice stay, an excellent one.

Well laid out apartment with everything at your fingertips. On a quiet side street and very close to everything, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Would stay here again.

Tiny shower but as long as you are a normal size it works well. Everything else was very nice.

Great new remodel with all the great comforts,if you wanted to cook,it has a full kitchen go out to the many near by restaurants and of course the historical sites close by.

No knock just a heads up, parking can be little challenging , otherwise not a problem
