We loved the location of the house and all of the amenities it had. My only "complaint" would be that the towels were in the wash when we arrived, and they hadn't been cleaned sufficiently, so we had to run them again. We also had to purchase a couple of bed pillows, because the ones provided were super firm, which wasn't great after a day on the slopes. All in all, a great trip!

The property exceeded my expectations. The space was very clean, contemporary and relaxing. The location made it very easy to get around. Overall was an amazing stay for our group.

Our family had a great time and house worked well for the adults and children aged 10 and 12. Everyone had their own space and kitchen area was big enough to all gather in while cooking or eating. We would definitely come again!!!

Excellent home close to both Deer Valley and Park City slopes. House is very well maintained. The house gets warm at night, so if your a person who like cooler temps to sleep in work with the owner and property manager. Open space house w great kitchen and living area. Plenty of room for sleeping and bedrooms and bathrooms are well maintained! Can’t wait to go again!

We had a wonderful ski week at this most beautiful home. Gorgeous vistas of Deer Valley, perfect location with front door shuttle service. The home is gorgeous, comfortable all suite rooms, well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. We could have stayed for a month. Perfect weather and stress free skiing with a well-appointed home that sleeps 8. Just lovely.

Amazing renovated home with tons of space! Great Christmas get away with our college kids. House was fantastic with plenty of room for everyone to be together or spread out. Kitchen had pretty much everything you need to make gourmet meals and the kids loved the glove and boot dryer -- they hate putting on wet gloves in the morning! Location was perfect, which allowed us to enjoy all that Park City has to offer. Thanks John for everything! We will definitely be back!

We had the pleasure of staying at this property - even though our trip was a year delayed because of travel restrictions last year due to COVID. John was exceptional and worked with us to modify our stay and accommodate us this year. He is an excellent communicator via the APP/VRBO system so that made things very easy. For purposes of this review - we had 7 adults and 6 children between 2-10 years old stay with us for the week. Location: This property is conveniently located to Deer Valley and you can see the parking lot and slopes from the windows. We did not ski at Deer Valley due to some of our family liking to snow board - but it is an easy 8 minute drive to Park City Mountain. You are always going against traffic as well. Cleanliness: The house is super clean and the owners have very specific direction that keeps the house this way. You couldnt tell that the remodel was a few years ago - since it is still in great shape. Any issues we encountered were immediately resolved by John who was very communicative during his stay. Layout: The kitchen and eating area is the hallmark of this property - allowing you to have a very spacious space to be able to cook and entertain. The appliances are all state of the art and allow you to cook the most basic and gourmet meals. The grill on the patio was easy to use - but note it is a bit small because it is a grill/smoker combo. Just have to grill in batches for large parties...but the oven'/stove is massive and matched with the cookware and servingware - you should have no issues. Plenty of anything you need to entertain. Other Things We Appreciated: - Ski Boot warmers were a blessing and the first property we have stayed at in the area that has offered them. Makes drying your boots very easy. (note: we checked our gear at the mountain but there are ski racks available at the house) - Property management does plow and salt the roads when there is heavy snow - which during our stay there was a lot. Note that they get out pretty early but it is helpful when you need to drive to the slopes. Also - the Deer Valley shuttle is always running if you are skiing there. - Lastly, we had small children and the house is 4 levels. This was not a problem for our stay, but this house is really geared for people with kids that are one the older end - we only had one toddler, but it would be difficult with many. Just a watch out but we would be back again in a heartbeat. Thanks John and Tina!!! Appreciate you.

This home was far better in person than the pictures showed. The location was perfect. The mountain views from numerous rooms where spectacular. The owners were always available if needed and very attentive. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay.

Large modern clean property! Great location close to everything. Great amenities and plenty of room. We had a great time.

This property is a true High End Property. It was 3 minutes from Deer Valley. There was no long traffic line that we had to wait in getting to/from the slopes. The Shuttle came right in front of the house so it's super easy. It's only about 5-6 minutes from Main street and Park City. The house was wonderful. It's multi-level with plenty of separation to allow everyone to have their own sleeping/.living space. Every bathroom and bedroom is high end and was perfect for our week long space. There were 8 of us that stayed there. The pool table/movie area was perfect for the kids. We used the Commercial grade kitchen for several meals and they had every small appliance imaginable for us to cook our meals. We loved the Miele Coffee maker. The owners and the property manager were wonderful. I have never stayed at a property that the owner was so attentive to our needs. I spoke to John and he walked me through the house to point out all the features of the house and how to operate everything, which is needed since the house is so nice. The views were amazing and my favorite part of the house was the steam shower. Thank you so much for a wonderful time in your beautiful home. We WILL be back!

Stairs were always in play, Master on Top, Exit on Bottom. Nice Finishes. Needs VRBO touches. No soap, kleenex, Light switch locations confusing. Beds hard. No Closet for Mastr. IKEA Rod Hanger. Great Location. Middle of everything. Kitchen well stocked. Thanks John

Upscale roomy townhouse between park city and deer valley - we chose this location because some of us snow Baord and some of us don’t - we had easy access to both ski resorts - and very near to all the restaurants and shops in park city - as well as the grocery - plenty of space to stretch out and well equipped kitchen and game room ! The owners were very pleasant ! We will be back !!

Beautiful multi level home in the middle of Deer Valley. We traveled with another family and there was plenty of space for everyone. Owners have outfitted the home with everything, kitchen is large and has every cooking utensil / pan you would need. Bedrooms were all very spacious and comfortable. Game room was a hit with the kids for pool, ping pong and movies. We used the spa almost every day! Owners and property manager were responsive to a couple small issues that needed to be addressed during our week. The home has five levels and it is easy to move around but may not be a good fit for families with toddlers due to the amount of stairs. A few items to note, no shoes in the home but it was not an issue with our group. FYI, owner has their own rental agreement they sent over a day or two before check in which we weren’t expecting but makes sense with such a beautiful property. Overall would recommend this property, it is beautiful, comfortable and in a great location!

Spectacular home and perfect for two families. Kids loved the game room and it kept them off screens for a change! Kitchen is awesome. Two masters on the top floor for privacy. Great proximity to the lifts and use of the free shuttle was tremendous. Highly recommend this property!

We spent Christmas in this home with 12 people and had a wonderful time. The house is situated nicely. We will definitely rent it again.

Stayed with family and friends over spring break. The home is very beautiful and the photos of the kitchen don’t do it justice. The kitchen was so phenomenal we enjoyed making meals together. The owner is very particular about everything that although we are very responsible and used things with caution, we were so overwhelmed by it that it caused anxiety. There weren’t enough towels so we felt that was a little skimpy. The master bed and pillows were so hard and uncomfortable, I had trouble sleeping. Master shower was really great. One of the other bedrooms had a little stain on the comforter. The owner requested no shoes which we abided by and even offered treaded socks which we didn’t use. The stairs can be a little slick and I would not recommend it for young children. Overall however, the home was well appointed and had plenty of room for our needs. The boot warmer was a nice added plus. Thank you!

Home was beautifully updated and modern. Great location and views. Easily accommodated our two families. Could not have asked for anything more. Would rent again if we have another family join us again.

Loved our stay in this beautiful home!

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. It's stylish, well furnished, well-maintained and has high end appliances and amenities. It was extremely comfortable for two families and a nanny. Getting to Deer Valley is extremely easy as there is a shuttle you can call for pickup. Extra bonuses include the boot warmer downstairs, the Miele espresso machine and Instant Pot! Perfect for post-ski meals.

This home was wonderful for our family Christmas trip. It was very spacious and well equipped to meet everyone’s needs. It was close to the slopes and convenient for our trips out to ski. The owner and property manager was efficient and kind. We would happily recommend this home to others. We appreciate the owners sharing their home with our family.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. As stated in a previous review, the large kitchen accommodated a number of cooks with room to spare. It has all the modern amenities and even small appliances that come in handy. The two large master suites on the uppermost floor were comfortable and luxurious. The bedrooms were both en suite and had individual AC units that worked well. The en suite bedroom (with king bed) that was on the same floor as the kitchen did not have its own AC unit and was warmer during our summer trip. We visited Walmart for fans, but the room stayed quite warm. The AC unit in the kitchen did not do much to keep this bedroom cool. I imagine in the winter this would not be a problem. There is also a laundry room on this floor with modern appliances. A large en suite bedroom with queen bed is on the floor below the kitchen and also has the bar area with television and pool table. This floor did not have AC; it cooled down some in the evening, but your only ventilation was opening windows. A half-floor above this area is a nice living room area, and a half-floor below is the entry with the mudroom. Be prepared for stairs if you rent this home! The owners have requested that shoes not be worn in any of the living areas and we found this to be dangerous. My adult daughter (holding her 18-month old) slipped on the wood stairs when wearing socks and slid down a half-flight of stairs. Fortunately her only injury was bruises and a sore neck. This brings up another point--this home is NOT good for younger children that are mobile. There are just too many stairs to make it a safe space. We enjoyed meeting John, the owner, and he was available to answer questions that arose during our stay. The location of the home is great--you are close to downtown Park City and the St .Regis funicular. I would recommend this home for a fun Park City getaway with other adults.

This house was amazing! Perfect for a group of 8 adult! We had plenty of room to spread out and relax! All the bedrooms were well equip and we loved that each bedroom had an attached bath! Kitchen was one of the best spaces!!! IT had EVERYTHING a cook could want! We had so much fun cooking here and there were all 8 of us in the kitchen at one time and we were never bumping into each other!! Kitchen was really well stocked with all the tools you need. All the outdoor space was really nice and the guys LOVED the pool table! John was an amazing host and gave us all kinds of information on things to do and see in the area. Definitely would stay here again and will highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Park City.

The owners have put a lot of thought and care into this place. No detail has been spared and everything from the gourmet kitchen, to the bar & recreation room, to the steam-shower with bluetooth stereo system is top-of-the-line. This is far from a run-of-the-mill ski condo; it's exceptional and in a great location. My group thoroughly enjoyed their stay. This condo would lend itself well to a wide variety of visitors from families, to a group of friends to, in my case, co-workers. Kudos to the local property manager as well - she is very helpful.

The house is amazing is in a great location , the decoration is beatiful everything is new and beautiful we have a great time . The bathroom are great with heater in the floor we love it everything is amazing!!
