My family and I spent 2 wonderful weeks in January in Florence. This apartment was a perfect base for us. It is a luxury apartment, in a great location, big enough for all of us to have our own space. The view of the Duomo from the dinner table will live with me forever. . Walking distance from Florence’s main train station made it easy for us to take day trips to Venice, Pisa and Cinque Terre.

Apartment is a well renovated old apartment near centre of Firenze, walking distance from train station. Apartment has well appointed modern kitchen, new appliances. One bedroom has ensuite bathroom, upstairs bedroom has its own bathroom, and third bedroom uses bathroom on main floor. All bathrooms have showers. Check-in was easy, we were met at apartment and given a tour and information about the area. Good communication with property manager. We are all 60+ in age and we’re able to walk to all the major historic sites, museums, restaurants and shopping. Grocery store close by. Prime location. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

The place was nice. We loved the American coffee maker and full size dishwasher. It was nice having a washer and lift to the fourth floor. The furniture needs a good cleaning especially the couch which is filthy. New pillows are needed as they are flat. I would definitely stay there again if the furniture is clean. Lovely place otherwise.

What a great apartment! Located close to the train station and the Duomo, both are within easy walking distance. Filippo was great, providing a thorough into to the apartment and was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent, with a beautiful view of the Duomo. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The upper level room can become too warm. We had a lovely time!

Location was excellent, walking easy from the apartment to any place we wanted to go. Philip who showed us in was friendly and gave us excellent recommendations, sites, food and transportation. It was easy to get to the train station with luggage (<10 min walk). The apartment was beautiful and exactly as described. We would use this place again when we stay in Florence. Thank you

We loved the location which was so close to everthing...5 minute walk to Duomo and 2 minute walk to train station. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants. It was perfect fit for our family of 5!

We loved this apartment! It’s and easy walk from the train station and a great location in Florence. It’s spacious, very clean, nicely decorated and great views. It looks just like the pictures. Francesca was great checking us in and all the communication leading up to check in and after we arrived. Also she was so helpful with restaurants and shopping info. I really can’t say enough great things about this apartment!

Bathrooms on first floor were marginal. We used both, but one alone would not have been adequate. Second floor bedroom had 2 separated twin beds not suitable for a couple, but good for kids. there was a good ensuite bathroom. Property manager was excelent and responsive.

The house was just perfect, and exactly as advertised, but MUCH more importantly Francesca, the house manager, was INCREDIBLE!!! I can not overstate how wonderful and accommodating she was. Helped us with everything - related and unrelated to the apartment - and was extremely communicative. The location of the house is terrific, the elevator is helpful and works great, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly.

We stayed in this unit four nights during our recent visit to Florence. It was a spectacular rental property in great condition, beautifully furnished, very comfortable air-conditioning, all the necessary amenities, and had a great location close to all the sites. We could not have been happier with our choice and would definitely stay there again. What made the experience truly incredible was the very attentive and gracious host, Francesca, who was by far the best host we have encountered at any other previous rental property. She was amazing, and so is the unit. We hope to return to Florence and would definitely stay there again.

this apartment is fantastic 5 minute walk to the train station in the midst of fantastic cafes and tratorrias in my opinion, the best location in Florence Also- has an elevator which is rare for the area so perfect for people with mobility issues Francesca the host was fantastic great communication and easy Check in/check out will be back!!

The location was ideal an easy walk to the sites and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and well stocked. The building felt very safe and was remarkably quiet. The view from the living room was exceptional. Checkin was made especially delightful by the lovely Francesca who demonstrated how to use the Italian coffee maker (an American coffee maker is provided as well), induction cooktop, washing machine, A/C and heater, etc. and provided insight on where to eat and how to avoid the tourist traps. The space was perfect for our family of four. Each bedroom offered great privacy. We highly recommend staying here.

This condo was a in great location and well maintained. It was very clean and well equipped. The property manager, Francesca very nice and accommodating. Sitting in the family room with a view of the Duomo was a special treat. The Tram to the airport was a close walk and easy. There were great restaurants and shopping right out side the door. It was on the 4th floor with an elevator. Definitely recommend.

From our initial arrival and meeting with Francesca (our check-in greeter and location ambassador), the apartment and amenities are perfect to add to the perfect location. Francesca gave us recommendations for sights, restaurants, etc. to make our stay even more perfect, almost feeling like we're a regular. We've stayed here 3 years ago, and we'll stay here again! Just returned from a weeklong stay in Florence and can't wait to go back and stay in this same apartment. Francesca met us at check in and was super friendly and helpful then and throughout the week, helping us find Covid testing, ordering an airport taxi for us, etc. The apartment is very central to everything but also very quiet and peaceful, a perfect combination. It is on the fourth floor so you have the option of taking the elevator, or the stairs for a nice workout! there is a beautiful view of the duomo outside the living room. It is a clean, tasteful, lovely space and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Definitely recommend!

We were delighted with our five night stay at this apartment. Francesca was great and helped beyond the normal call to make our stay in Florence a very pleasant one. The apartment is well located and well equipped. The only thing we would suggest is that the owner supply more pillows for the beds. Otherwise, super.

We were delighted to see that the apt was as lovely as the photos. It was spotless and fully furnished with comfortable furniture. Francesca the manager could not have been more attentive and delightful. She responded immediately to questions with a smile and a sense of honor. Her knowledge of Florence was a huge help as she recommended restaurants and sites to see. We could not have had a more enjoyable stay and highly recommend the location as well.

Wow! What an amazing apartment. Our family of six stayed here for four days and we were totally blown away. Beautiful, clean, comfy beds, and central to Florence’s city center. Overall, great place to stay - we would definitely stay here again.

Palazzo Strozzi was very beautiful apartment. It slept 6 adults comfortably with high end linens. There were adequate towels for our family and having a clothes washer in the apartment was definitely a plus. The apartment was steps away from cafes, restaurants, grocery store and shopping. It was a 5 minute walk to the Santa Maria Novella train station. The apartment was also within walking distance to the major sites. The view from the apartment of the Duomo was breathtaking. Riccardo was very friendly, spoke fluent English, and was very helpful with the check-in process in which he explained how to use the appliances and made sure our needs were met. For spring break, we took our family of five to Italy. We decided to rent an apartment over staying in a hotel and glad we did. The location is terrific. A short walk from the train station, a block from the Basilica, a few blocks from Duomo, and a few blocks from the Arno River, the Uffizi, etc. We frequented a local wine shop about 150 feet away, dinner right below us, coffee 30 second walk, a market right around corner. The interior of the apartment was great for our family. My wife and I had the master with bath attached, our 18 year old son had his own room and used the hall bathroom, and our 15 & 17 year old daughters shared the 2nd floor bedroom and bathroom. The family room, dining room and kitchen were plenty spacious and well appointed. Upon arrival, Riccardo helped us with our bags and walked us though the unit. He also shared his favorite places with us, which turned out to be spot on. I can say that our vacation was enhanced because of the apartment, location, and hospitality.

Absolutely beautiful and recently renovated home in the heart of Florence. Fantastic location and view of the Duomo (Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore). A fully furnished home with modern amenities makes coming back after a full day of sightseeing and excursions, a relaxed affair. Located on the top floor, with unobstructed views and no one overhead to create noise. A very quiet home, despite being located not one block away from a central square and approximately a seven minute walk from the train station. Very convenient indeed! Do yourself a favour and book this location if dates and occupancy allow; you will not regret it.
