Great place, nice big comfortable rooms. There is everything you might need in the kitchen.
Great location - metro station is 3 minutes, Naschmarkt 5 minutes.
Only the pillows - too thin, but still it was ok.

Excellent location very close to the subway station and with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants right around the corner, easily walkable also to the Museumsquartier (15 minutes). The apartment is fairly large and stylishly furnished with everything necessary for also a longer stay (e.g. washing machine) as well as an A/C. The beds are comfortable, the apartment is super quiet as it is facing an inner courtyard. The communication with the host was very easy and quick - and she was very accommodating and friendly. I’ll make sure to come back here the next time I’m in Vienna!

Location is really good. Close to the market, to the nice shopping area, and by the metro several minutes to the old city.

The apartment is really wonderful. Large and very well equipped. Very clean. Situated near the nashmarket and very close to public transportation . Very nice and attentive management. We hope to come back soon.

A minor issue sofa had a metal frame, which made it uncomfortable to sit on.

The apartment is really big but cozy. All spaces are nicely organized. The check in and check out are very simple. Great position.

Good location, near undergroud station. Big flat, very clean. We were picking up keys from the box, but the host was in touch in advanced, aswered all my questions and was just a call away if we had any issues. We also received very detailed instructions on how to get to the flat, how to pick up keys and how to do check-out.
We were coming during Christmas , so it was like 10-15 minutes to Maria-Teresien plazt and then another 10 mins to Rathausplatz. Main trainstation is also around 30 mins walking distance.

The studio is very stylish and everything was clean.
The location is really good, directly at Naschmarkt.
We also really liked the 2.5 bathrooms.
Communication with the host was a bit weird. I got some conflicting info. However, in the end everything worked out fine.

Central location close to city centre
No communication from the owners /management team despite many emails. They failed to resolve any of our issues / problems. No courtyard view as advertised just overlooked a stone wall which was very disappointing. No WiFi until we resolved it ourselves, no TV it was disconnected, shower head was falling down in shower, coffee machine not working. Cramped overall and lack of shelves. I would not recommend due to lack of support and no response from owners.

Apartment was well located am well equipped. It has a/c which in head wave was very important. This apartment would have gotten better ratings if it was not for the situation with the electricity and the lack of responsiveness from the management company
There was no electricity in the Apartment on Sunday evening our last night there. We went out at 3 pm and came back at 9 pm. Our apartment was only one affected. We could not get in touch with the owners. Could not find electric box. Had to locate a neighbor who called an electrician for us. Waited in the dark for over two hours and has no hot water. The electric box was behind a painting but there was no way to know that. I found out when I called the next day that the company sold the apartment and now it is managed by someone else. I was never communicated to about the sale and no contact into. If it was not for the neighbor, we would have been in the dark

We loved how the appartement was furnished and decorated. We felt at ease immediately.
We slept very good in the most comfortable bed.
The airconditioning worked fast and great at hot days.
At walking distance from the beautiful old town, safe neighbourhood.
Also, the hosts are very available and helpful!
We would absolutely recommend it!
We liked everything but keep in mind that it is an older (romantic) building with less good insulation (nothing that an air conditioner or closed window can't solve in our opinion).
You should also know that you can't really look outside, that you have a view of a courtyard, but you don't come to Vienna to stay inside all the time 😉
One other small thing, the sink in the kitchen is "on the low side". If you are a bit taller, this seems less convenient to me, but it is a great excuse not to have to do the dishes since there is also a dishwasher 😁

The location is perfect, everything is on walking distance. The antique market on saturday is right in front of the front door. The apartment is big, comfortable and has everything you need. The bed is great. Just perfect

Location is perfect; Metro is near and lot of restaurant and shopping areas in walking distance, the flat is clean and spacious and has air conditioning, the beds are good.
Balcony shouldn't be mentioned in this flat as it is a small booth with view in the backyard. The description also informed that there would be complimentary spa products but I think the bottles all had the same stuff in them (also the lotion and the shampoo) and also some other details could have been more invested in. We didn't manage to use the coffee machine right or maybe it was broken. There was one smaller bed and one double bed in the flat, so for us it wasn't so convenient as we would have preferred 3 single beds. It was a bit weird that the kitchen didn't have any furniture in it. The table could fit there easily.
