The property is nice in general. The staff, the food, the beach was really good. The only disappointment is the lack of entertainment. In the night it was so quiet. It is allowed to attend the events in Grand Palladium Hotel but that ones also finish around 10pm.

Although the hotel is an adult only hotel, the entertainment is insufficient. I think it needs to be improved. Also some staff is behaving unfriendly, they were unhappy to serve,especially at Helios restaurant. We did not prefer to go that restaurant second time but there may be this kind of people anywhere unfortunately.

Fruit juices not natural. Sometimes the food was not what I was expected, kind of dissapointing considering the hotel isn`t cheap. Not alll the personnel is nice, but most of them are. Not AC in the restrooms or the hallways.

Las habitaciones son muy lindas, nos dieron un upgrade al llegar.

Los meseros no atienden, no sé si falta capacitación al staff o hay poco personal, había que pararse por las bebidas y comida porque pasaban minutos y nadie estaba alrededor. Los alimentos en general de regulares a malos, medio insípidos incluso. El servicio de mayordomía parecía más bien un servicio de información, no nos resolvieron nada, solo nos decían qué hacer. Pagamos extra para acudir a un show dentro del hotel y resultó que no tenían reservados nuestros asientos el día del evento.

Clean, clean, and clean! The staff is amazing. Very attentive to each guests needs and wants. I honestly couldn’t say anything needed to change. Everything was great for our first trip here.

Needs a nightlife or club.

Our swim up room was beautiful and the mini bar was always stocked. Our personal butler was great. He was always available via Whatsapp and never backed down from any requests.

I'm wondering if I stayed at the same place as the other people reviewing this resort. We couldn't relax anywhere without someone disturbing us to try and sell us a timeshare or photoshoot every 5 minutes. Photographers were approaching us constantly and forcing us to do an impromptu photoshoot that took an excruciating 5 minutes at a time. The pool was freezing. And there was absolutely no hottub located anywhere on this resort other than one hottub located in the spa, which you have to pay to get into. The food was good, but no restaurant or bar played any music. Which doesn't sound like a big deal until you're sitting there with an ambiance of other guests chewing their food, silverware clanking, coughing, and farting. Even the bars in the evening were starkly silent. I promise I'm not hard to please. But I was miserable here. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The way the staff and managers treated my fiancé at the time of check out. Due to some of his property being stolen from housekeeping they refused to waived service charge of $7 dollars and some change. The manager literally told our shuttle driver to not transport us to the airport until our $7 dollars and some change fees were paid. I felt the approach from manager was very disrespectful which is not a good way to represent this resort. This was our second time at this resort. Our very first experience was sooooo amazing. The experience we just had with this resort was the worst by far which put us in a mind space to never visit or spend money with this company again. Thanks but no thanks. The staff need to be retrained before dealing with tourist. Not all the staff but most of them are very rude and disrespectful individuals.
