Tye Hotel was great location, clean and spacious rooms

Upon arrival we were told that breakfast was included and the times the restaurant was open. We were delighted with this news. 1st morning we had breakfast, 2nd morning we attended the restaurant to be made to feel like criminals that we didn't pay for breakfast and the waiter had to pay for it. We challenged the reception staff, one younger girl was very nice however other staff was very rude. This was not our mistake we were clearly told the breakfast was included.

We had the 2 bedroom apartment. Clean,spacious and loved the pool area, friendly staff and no noise disturbances at night.

Pool side music could be a bit lower 🤔

Hotel staff was very helpful, friendly and very approachable. The location was fantastic had everything we needed in close proximity.. shops, fun for the kids and restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious and we loved love huge terrace. Ceiling fan in bedroom very powerful ! Freezer small for a big family but we managed to get plenty of ice which was needed.

On our second morning the onsite restaurant staff was having issues. It took 20minutes to get served, other people that came in after us was getting served before us. Other mornings was fine, good service

The apartments were really nice, modern, well equipped and clean. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of storage space in the bedroom. The aircon was great and there was also a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The pool area was amazing with Bali style sun beds which even had couches at the end of them. The pool was a good size and I liked that I could just walk in down steps to it. The location is perfect being within walking distance to both Magaluf and Palma Nova beaches and bars and restaurants. There is a good supermarket just a few minutes away. The staff in the hotel were nice and friendly. We went the first week in September and the hotel seemed very quiet however the bars in the area were quite busy. Finnegans Irish bar underneath was lively so would definitely a visit. I think the hotel is more suitable for adults, however Katmandu resort is just across the road which seemed to have plenty for children.

Whilst the room was very clean on arrival it was not cleaned again during our stay. We received clean towels after two days although the beds were not changed during our five day stay. The bar prices seemed quite expensive. As an example a jug of sangria was double the price of other places. We did not try the food in the hotel.

Great accomodation, it had everything we needed.

Breakfast is a bit limited, not much choice.

- Location few mins from the beach and 1 min from Katmandu park - Warm welcome by the staff, they all are extremely helpful and nice - Breakfasts are awesome with fantastic waiters, amazing start of the day - Full equipped apartment with all necessary devices - Changing of towels and rubbish collection every 2 days

- Some minor things like old cooktop which heats a lot the metal surface of the countertop which is a risk of scald. Would be good to have some soap or shower gel in the bathroom, but not a big issue, otherwise everything is perfect

This place has recently had a refresh so it looks and feels great

You have to leave a 10€ cash deposit for a fan!

It was exactly what we needed and had been looking for during previous stays in Magaluf. The apartment was the perfect size and had everything we would need, it was very clean and a lot better than most other options we’ve seen. Amazing air con which really helped with the heat. Great location with lots of stuff accessible. Also great value for money

Apart from the pool there was no place to sit as a large group

Staff were lovely and very helpful, very clean apartment, we had two different sized rooms and the balconys were large for each which was great. The location is close to the nightlife, beach, restaurants and shops but is also very quiet and we all had a great night sleep.

We had an amazing experience, we were only here for two days but can't really fault it! The air con on the 3rd floor could have been better in the bedrooms as is was quite warm but it wasn't uncomfortable.

Very nice appart/hôtel. well located in magaluf, super close to thé beach/ supermarket/ shops, bars,… Thé swimmingpool is super nice , baby friendly even tho there is a pool party every friday. Very nice people at thé réception, helpfull if needed. loved it for 3 people and 1 baby There is every type of customers, families or young groups of people so be aware We even added 3 days to our trip Négative points Some sheets and pillows smelled bad , thé cleaning lady didnt pass everyday but overall it was not dirty either. At night there was a little bit of noise outside if we kept the Windows open
