Struttura pulita, moderna, con barriera corallina, comoda da raggiungere dall’aeroporto. Staff gentile ed accogliente, cibo di alta qualità e variegato.

We had a fantastic stay at the Concorde Hotel Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel offers stunning views of the Red Sea and a well-maintained private beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The dining options were diverse, with delicious food that catered to all tastes. The hotel’s facilities, including the pools and spa, were top-notch. I highly recommend Concorde Hotel for an unforgettable vacation in Sharm El Sheikh! A big shout-out to Hassan Elaersh (pool bartender), Hamada Ahmed (cleaner), Mohamed Mahmoud (receptionist), Mahmoud Awad (pool bartender), Ziad Abdelkhalek (piano waiter), Mohamed Amin Basyouny (piano bartender) and Lofty Ali (safe box), they all made our stay great and looked after us.

the hotel reception staff welcomed us and completed the accommodation procedures quickly and easily, giving us evidence that the hotel is interested in and welcomed us to choose a distinctive and more than wonderful place to stay which made our stay at the hotel more than wonderful. the cleanliness and the beauty of the care of the restaurant and the variety of food and it's real quality. I thank all the staff for their level of politeness and excessive respect in dealing. I stayed for four days happily.

I think that the hotel management should review some of the workers on parking system in front of the hotel although the car parking system is comfortable and wonderful.

Sono stato fortunato ad avere la stanza in una posizione strategica, vicino alla piscina ed al ristorante/sala colazioni. Questo ha reso la mia permanenza molto comoda. Per la spiaggia ed il ristorante italiano basta fare due passi. L'hotel è a due passi da SOHO che è una specie di centro commerciale all'aperto dove poter fare una camminata, bere o mangiare qualcosa o semplicemente ascoltare della musica.

rispetto al servizio che ho ricevuto io, direi nulla.

tudo perfeito sobre infraestrutura e café da manhã, o valor da acomodação pelo o que vc paga está mais que justo. vi algumas pessoas reclamando nos comentários sobre n ter suco natural ou achar o café da manhã ruim. o hotel tem uma mega estrutra e cobra barato. mais barato só se vc ficar em casa cozinhando limpando é servido a si próprio (algumas pessoas gostam de reclamar, basta uma pequena oportunidade).

eu sei que o mundo n é obrigado falar inglês mas para um hotel desse porte eles precisam melhorar nesse quesito, o pessoal da recepção nem todos falam bem inglês e nenhum espanhol.

Номер просто восхитительный. Приятно удивлена. огромный, все новое, большой санузел и гардеробная, большая основная комната, новое и свежее белье. Хороший вид из номера. Халат, тапочки, вода, набор для чая и кофе в номере. Все принадлежности для ухода за телом и волосами.

На завтрак было только 2 вида чая и не было того чая, который я пью (красный чай). Завтрак в принципе не впечатлил. Очень много номеров в отеле и мы заблудились несколько раз, пока искали наш номер. Нужно улучшить навигацию по отелю. В лобби фонтан очень сильно пахнет хлоркой. Лучше зажигать благовония для более приятного запаха.

The location is great

1) Unprofessional hotel staff, most of them has a bad attitude as they associates the way guests are treated with the amount of tip the guest paid (in particular in restaurants and cafes). 2) There is no clinic or resident doctor in the hotel

Customer services called two times about asking everything is fine or not.

When we came to hotel 5 am, we want to keep our luggage in hotel before Cairo trip, we not do check-in. Bellboy came and said to me: " Please strech your luggage and secure." . I said: " My luggage has lock with password so no problem. " and he said to me: " You should stretch and streching fee 3 USD." and I said " I am not streching, its fine. " I took a luggage's video and I went to Cairo. We saw in the room insects and bathroom was very dirty. I am attaching the photos. Also weight scale was not working. About open buffet; only i liked pizza. They burned chinken meats, they not kept well in +4 about vegetables,...etc. And the last problematic thing was taxi. Consierge and the taxi arranger was very rude. I am a customer and they not know how should talk with a customer. They are looking like to customer from mountain. They should not forget about if anyone not come to this facility , they will not earn any money. I will never come again to Concorde el Salam. I came to another hotel now.
