die Lage direkt am Meer, ohne dass die Hauptverkehrsstraße überquert werden muss, ist für Limassol eher außergewöhnlich und damit ausgesprochen gut. Weiterhin war das Hotel und vor allem das Zimmer sehr schön und hat uns den Urlaub erkennbar versüßt.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und auch das Lokal im Hotel selbst ist sehr gut. Der Room Service ist schnell und liefert leckeres Essen.
Was sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist, ist auch das benachbarte, unabhängige Restaurant/Bar : Colombia Beach das sowohl super Essen aber auch eine tolle Bar mit sehr guter Musik bietet.
Zum Schluss sei erwähnt, dass das kostenlose Parken speziell an diesen Strandabschnitt ein weiterer großer Vorteil des Hotels ist.
Das Hotel Team als auch das Team am Front Desk sind ausgesprochen freundlich und helfen, alle möglichen Probleme schnell und Kundenorientiert zu lösen.
Das Hotel ist im Ganzen schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Allerdings ist es, soweit wie möglich, sehr gut renoviert und auch schon positiv überarbeitet worden.
Die Bäder sind sehr sauber, allerdings relativ klein und nicht mehr modern.

We had a wonderful time in this hotel. It exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable. Staff were helpful and courteous. It had the amenities we need to enjoy for a vacation; pool, restaurants on site (3 infact - serving different cuisine), breakfast was amazing, free parking and of course, their own private beach. Bed was comfortable. Sofa seating was very much appreciated. Loved our patio overlooking the beach.
Some of the hotel fixtures were broken. Example the bed lighting. We didn't even bother to touch it as it look they were about to fall apart.

Hotel is clean in a nice location near the beach and couple of swimming pools . Nice restaurants to eat with fantastic hard working staff who are willing to the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable.
Generally great relaxing hotel for holidays!

No place to seat without waiters with, group of 10 wanted to seat and have some snacks from outside and it is not possible anywhere in the hotel.
Missing more play places for kids because there are a lot of kids visiting even though it is a business hotel.

Got for my parents for two weeks. They have very high standards, but they absolutely loved their stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They would greet them by name. Central, with easy access to stores while being right on the beach.

1. the food we ordered from the room service menu was very very bad. we couldn’t eat it although we were starving and had no other options. is there any quality check performed? we were shocked and extremely disappointed. a frozen pizza from the supermarket is so much better than the overpriced horrible one that we were given. we had the same experience regarding the club sandwich - the quality of the one from Goody’s is so much better.
2. Sun beds at the beach are at a horrible state and need to be replaced.
3. rooms with no balconies have nowhere for the customer to hang wet swimming suits (they do not dry overnight in the bathroom)

We couldn't sleep for two nights because there was a discotheque in the neighboring building from 11 p.m. until 2-4 a.m.
